Claims (8)
- 圧電体層および内部電極層が交互に複数積層されてなる活性部および該活性部の積層方向の両端部に設けられた圧電体層からなる不活性部を有する積層体と、該積層体の側面を取り囲むように設けられた被覆層とを備え、該被覆層は、前記積層体の積層方向に垂直な断面で見て境界が円環状であるシリコーン樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂からなる内側の第1の層とシリコーン樹脂またはナイロン樹脂からなる外側の第2の層とからなる2層構造を有するとともに前記両端部の不活性部間に連続して設けられ、かつ、前記不活性部の側方に位置する円環状の前記境界に複数の空隙を有しており前記複数の空隙が周方向に分散している積層型圧電素子。
- 前記積層体の積層方向に垂直な断面で見て、前記空隙は前記境界の界面の面方向に沿って扁平な形状である請求項1に記載の積層型圧電素子。
- 圧電体層および内部電極層が交互に複数積層されてなる活性部および該活性部の積層方向の両端部に設けられた圧電体層からなる不活性部を有する積層体と、該積層体の側面を取り囲むように設けられた被覆層とを備え、該被覆層は、前記積層体の積層方向に垂直な断面で見て境界が円環状であるシリコーン樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂からなる内側の第1の層とシリコーン樹脂またはナイロン樹脂からなる外側の第2の層とからなる2層構造を有するとともに前記両端部の不活性部間に連続して設けられ、かつ、前記不活性部の側方に位置する円環状の前記境界に複数の空隙を有しており前記複数の空隙が周方向に分散しているとともに該空隙は前記境界の界面の面方向に沿って扁平な形状である積層型圧電素子。
- 前記第1の層の内部にボイドがある請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の積層型圧電素子。
- 前記第1の層の弾性率は、前記第2の層の弾性率よりも小さい請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の積層型圧電素子。
- 前記第1の層がシリコーン樹脂からなり、前記第2の層がナイロン樹脂からなる請求項4または請求項5に記載の積層型圧電素子。
- 噴射孔を有する容器と、請求項1乃至請求項6のうちのいずれかに記載の積層型圧電素子とを備え、該積層型圧電素子の駆動によって前記噴射孔が開閉される噴射装置。
- 高圧燃料を蓄えるコモンレールと、該コモンレールに蓄えられた前記高圧燃料を噴射する請求項7に記載の噴射装置と、前記コモンレールに前記高圧燃料を供給する圧力ポンプと、前記噴射装置に駆動信号を与える噴射制御ユニットとを備える燃料噴射システム。
