Description
Claims (6)
- 吸入空気量を制御する第1スロットル弁の上流側に位置する過給機と、
上記過給機の上流側に位置し、当該過給機の上流側の吸気圧力を制御する第2スロットル弁と、
上記過給機と上記第2スロットル弁との間に排気ガスの一部を還流するEGR通路と、
上記EGR通路を流れるEGRガス流量を調整するEGR弁と、を有した内燃機関の制御方法において、
負荷に応じて上記第1スロットル弁の目標弁開度を設定し、
上記第2スロットル弁の弁開度を検出し、
上記第2スロットル弁の弁開度が予め設定した設定弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度であるかを判断し、
上記第2スロットル弁の弁開度が上記設定弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度であると判断した場合には、上記第1スロットル弁の弁開度を目標弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度に補正し、
上記第1スロットル弁の弁開度を目標弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度に補正する際は、上記第1スロットル弁の通路開口面積が、上記第2スロットル弁の通路開口面積よりも小さくなるよう制御する内燃機関の制御方法。 - 上記第2スロットル弁の全閉位置よりも閉方向への動きを規制するストッパ機構を有し、
上記第1スロットル弁の全閉位置における通路開口面積は、上記第2スロットル弁の全閉位置における通路開口面積よりも小さくなるよう設定されている請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。 - 上記第2スロットル弁は、全閉位置における通路開口面積が、当該第2スロットル弁よりも下流側に位置するオイルシール部の負圧限界を超えないように設定されている請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御方法。
- 上記第1スロットル弁の故障時には、上記第2スロットル弁の通路開口面積が、上記第1スロットル弁の通路開口面積よりも大きくなるよう制御する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御方法。
- 上記第1スロットル弁の弁開度を目標弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度に補正する際は、上記EGR弁を閉弁し、EGRを中止する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御方法。
- 負荷に応じて内燃機関の吸入空気量を制御する第1スロットル弁と、
上記第1スロットル弁の上流側に位置する過給機と、
上記過給機の上流側に位置する第2スロットル弁と、
上記過給機と上記第2スロットル弁との間に排気ガスの一部を還流するEGR通路と、
上記EGR通路を流れるEGRガス流量を調整するEGR弁と、
上記第2スロットル弁の弁開度を検出する第2スロットル弁開度検出部と、
上記第2スロットル弁の弁開度が予め設定した設定弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度であると判断した場合には、上記第1スロットル弁の弁開度を負荷に応じて定めた弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度に制御する制御部と、を有し、
上記第1スロットル弁の弁開度を目標弁開度よりも閉じ側の開度に補正する際は、上記第1スロットル弁の通路開口面積が、上記第2スロットル弁の通路開口面積よりも小さくなるよう制御する内燃機関の制御装置。
