Claims (7)
- 直流電力を交流電力に変換して溶接負荷に出力するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路の出力電流の極性が切り換わるときに、前記溶接負荷への出力に再点弧電圧を重畳する電圧重畳回路と、
を備えており、
前記電圧重畳回路は、
前記再点弧電圧を充電される再点弧コンデンサと、
前記再点弧コンデンサに前記再点弧電圧を充電する充電回路と、
前記再点弧コンデンサに充電された前記再点弧電圧を放電する放電回路と、
を備えており、
前記充電回路は、
直流電圧を出力する直流電源と、
前記直流電源の直流電圧を昇圧する昇圧手段と、
を備えており、
前記直流電源の直流電圧をそのまま前記再点弧コンデンサに印加する第1の状態と、前記第1の状態の後に、前記昇圧手段によって昇圧された直流電圧を前記再点弧コンデンサに印加する第2の状態とで、前記再点弧コンデンサに充電を行う、
ことを特徴とする溶接電源装置。 - 前記昇圧手段は、昇圧チョッパであり、
前記充電回路は、前記昇圧チョッパのスイッチングを停止することで前記第1の状態となり、前記昇圧チョッパのスイッチングを行うことで前記第2の状態となる、
請求項1に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記充電回路に入力される電流を検出する電流センサをさらに備えており、
前記充電回路は、前記電流センサが検出した電流値に基づいて、前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態に切り換える、
請求項2に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記充電回路は、
前記昇圧手段を迂回する線路と、
前記線路の閉路と開路とを切り換える開閉手段と、
をさらに備えており、
前記線路を閉路することで前記第1の状態となり、前記線路を開路して、前記昇圧手段を動作させることで前記第2の状態となる、
請求項1に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記再点弧コンデンサの端子間電圧を検出する電圧センサをさらに備えており、
前記充電回路は、前記電圧センサが検出した電圧値に基づいて、前記第1の状態から前記第2の状態に切り換える、
請求項1、2または4のいずれかに記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記電圧重畳回路は、前記溶接負荷の被加工物に出力する電流が正から負に切り換わるときにのみ、前記再点弧電圧を重畳する、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の溶接電源装置。 - 商用電源と前記インバータ回路とを絶縁するためのトランスをさらに備えており、
前記直流電源は、前記トランスの補助巻線が出力する交流電圧を直流電圧に変換して出力する、
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の溶接電源装置。
