Claims (2)
- 交流電源から供給される交流電圧を整流する整流回路と、
前記整流回路の出力端に接続された力率改善回路と、
前記力率改善回路の1対の出力ラインの間に接続されたコンデンサと、
前記力率改善回路の出力電圧を昇圧または降圧して、バッテリに出力するDC−DCコンバータと、
を備えた充電装置において、
前記力率改善回路と前記DC−DCコンバータとの間に設けられた電圧検出回路と、
前記電圧検出回路が検出した電圧に基づいて前記力率改善回路を制御する制御手段と、をさらに備え、
前記電圧検出回路は、絶縁トランスと、スイッチング素子と、電圧検出部とを含み、
前記力率改善回路の1対の出力ラインの間に、前記絶縁トランスの一次巻線と前記スイッチング素子とが直列に接続され、
前記絶縁トランスの二次巻線に前記電圧検出部が接続され、
前記電圧検出部は、前記力率改善回路が動作状態にあり、かつ前記スイッチング素子がオンの状態で、前記絶縁トランスの二次巻線の出力電圧を検出し、
前記スイッチング素子は、当該素子のオン時における前記コンデンサの放電により前記力率改善回路の出力電圧が実質的に変動しない程度の、短いパルス幅を持ったパルス信号で駆動されることを特徴とする充電装置。 - 請求項1に記載の充電装置において、
前記電圧検出部は、前記絶縁トランスの二次巻線の出力電圧の平均値を検出し、
前記制御手段は、前記出力電圧の平均値と、前記絶縁トランスの巻数比とに基づいて、前記力率改善回路の出力電圧を算出することを特徴とする充電装置。
