Description
図3に示すように、操縦席22には、旋回台7の旋回操作、伸縮ブーム8の伸縮操作を行う旋回伸縮操作具22a、メインウインチ17の繰り入れ繰り出し操作、伸縮ブーム8の起伏操作を行う起伏用操作具22b、報知手段である警報装置22c、クレーン1の作業内容等を入力する安全装置23、クレーン1の電源スイッチ35等が設けられている。
その結果、起伏用操作具22bから起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御信号を受信している場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS120に移行させる。
一方、起伏用操作具22bから起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御信号を受信していない場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS110に移行させる。
その結果、バッテリー36から電力を受給してから初めて起伏用操作具22bから起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御信号を受信した場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS130に移行させる。
一方、バッテリー36から電力を受給してから起伏用操作具22bから起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御信号を受信したことがある場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS170に移行させる。
その結果、取得したヘッド側油室15eの油圧Phがロッド側油室15fの油圧Prよりも大きいと判定した場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS160に移行させる。
一方、取得したヘッド側油室15eの油圧Phがロッド側油室15fの油圧Prよりも大きくないと判定した場合、すなわち、ロッド側油室15fの油圧Prがヘッド側油室15eの油圧Ph以上であると判定した場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS180に移行させる。
その結果、起伏シリンダ15に供給する作動油の供給量が所定値F以下になるように起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御を開始してから所定時間Tが経過したと判定した場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS170に移行させる。
一方、起伏シリンダ15に供給する作動油の供給量が所定値F以下になるように起伏用直動式切換弁28の制御を開始してから所定時間Tが経過していないと判定した場合、制御装置34はステップをステップS140に移行させる。

Claims (5)
- 着脱自在に構成される油圧シリンダを備え、前記油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室とロッド側油室とが、継手を介して制御弁にそれぞれ接続されるクレーンであって、
前記油圧シリンダにヘッド側油圧検出手段とロッド側油圧検出手段とがそれぞれ設けられ、
前記ヘッド側油圧検出手段と前記ロッド側油圧検出手段とへの電力の供給が開始され、かつ油圧シリンダ用操作具によって前記制御弁が前記ヘッド側油室に作動油を供給する状態に切り換えられてから所定時間が経過するまでにロッド側油圧がヘッド側油圧以上になると、前記ロッド側油室と前記制御弁とが継手を介して接続されていないと判定するクレーン。 - 前記ヘッド側油圧検出手段と前記ロッド側油圧検出手段とへの給電が開始され、かつ前記油圧シリンダ用操作具によって前記制御弁が前記ヘッド側油室に作動油を供給する状態に切り換えられた場合、前記所定時間が経過するまで前記油圧シリンダ用操作具の操作量に関わらず、前記ヘッド側油室への作動油の供給量が所定値以下になるように前記制御弁の動作が制限される請求項1に記載のクレーン。
- 前記ヘッド側油圧検出手段と前記ロッド側油圧検出手段とへの給電が開始され、かつ前記油圧シリンダ用操作具によって前記制御弁が前記ヘッド側油室に作動油を供給する状態に切り換えられた場合、前記所定時間が経過するまで前記油圧シリンダ用操作具の操作量に関わらず、前記ヘッド側油室への作動油の供給圧が所定値以下になるように前記制御弁の動作が制限される請求項1に記載のクレーン。
- 報知手段を備え、
前記ロッド側油室と前記制御弁とが接続されていないと判定した場合、前記報知手段によって前記ロッド側油室と前記制御弁との接続不良を報知する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のクレーン。 - 前記ロッド側油室と前記制御弁とが接続されていないと判定した場合、前記制御弁を前記ヘッド側油室に作動油を供給しない状態に切り換える請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のクレーン。
