Claims (5)
- 所定の帯域幅をもった高周波信号を送信または受信するアンテナと、
前記高周波信号よりも低い中心周波数のローカル信号を出力するローカル発振器と、
前記ローカル信号を周波数逓倍し、前記ローカル発振器に電気的に接続された周波数逓倍器と、
前記アンテナと前記周波数逓倍器とに接続されたミキサと、を備えた無線通信装置であって、
前記ローカル発振器と前記周波数逓倍器との間には、前記ローカル信号を通過させ前記ローカル信号とは異なる周波数のノイズ信号を除去するフィルタが設けられ、
前記フィルタは、前記ローカル信号の中心周波数と前記ノイズ信号の中心周波数との周波数差の絶対値が前記高周波信号の帯域幅よりも小さくなる関係を満たす前記ノイズ信号を除去することを特徴とする無線通信装置。 - 前記フィルタは、前記ローカル信号を通過させて前記ノイズ信号を除去する帯域通過フィルタまたは帯域除去フィルタによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記フィルタは、インダクタ素子とキャパシタ素子とを組み合わせて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記帯域通過フィルタは、インダクタ素子とキャパシタ素子との直列共振回路を含んで構成され、前記帯域除去フィルタは、インダクタ素子とキャパシタ素子との並列共振回路を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記ノイズ信号は、前記高周波信号とは異なる周波数帯の無線通信に使用される他の高周波信号であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の無線通信装置。
