Description
造形材製造装置40により6種類の造形材39をつくった。得られた各造形材39から、成型装置70を用いてそれぞれ装飾部材10を製造し、実施例1〜6とした。6種類の造形材39は互いに、レンズのピッチが異なる。各造形材39のレンズのピッチは、表1の「造形材のレンズのピッチ」欄に示す。各造形材39は、装飾部材10にされるにあたり、並び方向LDにおいて最も伸びた部位の延伸率が100%であった。各装飾部材10において、レンズ23の幅W23は一定ではなく、部位によって異なっていた。各装飾部材10におけるレンズ23の幅W23は、表1の「装飾部材のレンズの幅」欄に示す。なお、「装飾部材のレンズの幅」欄の数値範囲は、「〜」の前後の数値を含む。画像形成部33には、可変視用の前述の第1の画像37と第2の画像38とを形成した。
装飾部材10を目視で観察し、画像がどの程度細部まで観察されるかを評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。Sは評価の基準としたレベルであり、このレベルは不合格である。A〜Cは合格である。Sよりも細部がより明確に観察された場合には、A〜Cのいずれかであると評価し、この合格のレベルを3段階にした。
A;細部が非常に明確であった。
B;全体的に下記のCよりも細部がより明確であり、上記Aと同じ程度に非常に明確な部分もあった。
C;下記のSよりも細部が明確であった
S;後述の比較例1で得られた装飾部材において観察されたレベルである
装飾部材10を、第1観察点から第2観察点へ移動しながら目視で観察した。観察された第1の画像37と第2の画像38との切り替わりの連続性(なめらかさ)を評価し、連続的であるほど違和感が少なく、画像の切り替え性に優れるものとして評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。Sは評価の基準としたレベルであり、このレベルは不合格である。A〜Cは合格である。Sよりも細部がより明確に観察された場合には、A〜Cのいずれかであると評価し、この合格のレベルを3段階にした。
A;第1観察点から第2観察点への移動において第1の画像37と第2の画像38との切り替わりが極めて連続的(なめらか)であり、違和感は全くなかった。
B;第1観察点から第2観察点への移動において第1の画像37と第2の画像38との切り替わりが連続的で、違和感はほとんどなかった。
C;第1観察点から第2観察点への移動において第1の画像37と第2の画像38との切り替わりが不連続な部分もあったが、下記のSよりも違和感が少なかった
S;後述の比較例1で得られた装飾部材において観察されたレベルであり、具体的には、第1観察点から第2観察点への移動において第1の画像37と第2の画像38との切り替わりが画像全体にわたり不連続に観察され、違和感があった。
造形材製造装置40により造形材39をつくった。得られた造形材39から成型装置70を用いて装飾部材を製造し、比較例1とした。造形材39のレンズのピッチは、表1の「造形材のレンズのピッチ」欄に示す。造形材39は、成形装置70により装飾部材10にされるにあたり、並び方向LDにおいて最も伸びた部位の延伸率が100%であった。装飾部材において、レンズの幅は一定ではなく、部位によって異なっていた。装飾部材におけるレンズの幅は、表1の「装飾部材のレンズの幅」欄に示す。

Claims (6)
- 曲面とされたシート面を有する光透過性のシートと、
前記シートの一方のシート面に、前記曲面に沿って湾曲して設けられ、突条の複数のレンズが並列に配されたレンズ部と、
前記シートの他方のシート面に設けられ、画像が形成された画像形成部と、
を備え、
前記曲面は、法線の方向が異なる3つの領域を有し、各領域の法線の方向のうち1つが他の2つを含む平面に傾きをもつ形状であり、
前記レンズの幅の最小値は、25.4μm以上508.0μm以下の範囲内であり、
前記レンズ部は、前記レンズの延びた方向における第1位置と第2位置との断面形状が異なる前記レンズを有する立体造形物。 - 前記シートは、前記レンズの延びた方向に沿って曲率が変化している請求項1に記載の立体造形物。
- 前記シートは、前記複数のレンズの並び方向に沿って曲率が変化している請求項1または2に記載の立体造形物。
- 前記レンズ部は、前記複数のレンズの並び方向における第3位置と第4位置とにおいて断面の形が互いに異なる2つの前記レンズを備える請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の立体造形物。
- 前記レンズ部の厚みが、前記レンズの延びた方向と前記複数のレンズの並び方向との少なくともいずれか一方に沿って変化している請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の立体造形物。
- 前記シート面の曲率半径は、小さくても前記レンズの幅である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の立体造形物。
