Claims (6)
- ステータコアを被覆する絶縁材に線材が巻回されてなる複数個の電磁コイルを含むステータと、永久磁石を保持して前記ステータの周縁に沿って回転するロータとを有するブラシレスモータによってブロアファンを回転させる空調用ブロアモータユニットであって、
前記ステータに保持されるとともに、前記ブラシレスモータの回転軸を回転可能に支持した金属製の軸受保持部と、
前記ブラシレスモータを制御するための電子部品が設けられた回路基板と、
前記軸受保持部及び前記回路基板を、互いが重畳しない位置に保持した金属製の支持盤と、
を備え、
前記支持盤は、防振材を介して前記軸受保持部に保持され、
前記軸受保持部は、前記ステータを保持する中空の第1軸受保持部材と、一部が前記第1軸受保持部材の中空内部に挿入される第2軸受保持部材とを有し、且つ前記ステータコアの円環状をなすヨーク部に比して小径であることを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。 - 請求項1記載の空調用ブロアモータユニットにおいて、前記防振材と前記絶縁材との間にクリアランスが形成されていることを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。
- 請求項1又は2記載の空調用ブロアモータユニットにおいて、前記防振材が、前記回転軸の周回方向に沿って延在する扇状部を複数個有し、隣り合う前記扇状部同士の間に前記軸受保持部が係止されるとともに、前記線材の端部が通されることを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。
- 請求項3記載の空調用ブロアモータユニットにおいて、前記扇状部が、前記防振材の厚み方向途中で外壁から突出するとともに前記軸受保持部よりも大径であり、且つその一端面が前記ヨーク部の一端面に当接していることを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。
- 請求項4記載の空調用ブロアモータユニットにおいて、前記防振材は、環状体からなる第1防振用部材と、前記扇状部が設けられた環状体からなり且つ前記第1防振用部材に比して大径な第2防振用部材とを有することを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空調用ブロアモータユニットにおいて、前記支持盤は、第1ケーシング部材と第2ケーシング部材で構成されるケーシングの中空内部に位置決め固定されていることを特徴とする空調用ブロアモータユニット。
