Claims (4)
- ターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造であって、
コンプレッサケース内に収容された、ターボ過給機のコンプレッサと、
上記コンプレッサケース内に吸入空気を供給する上流側吸気通路と、
上記コンプレッサケース内に供給されかつ上記コンプレッサにより過給された吸入空気を、上記エンジンの吸気ポートに供給する下流側吸気通路と、
上記下流側吸気通路に配設されたスロットルバルブと、を備え、
上記コンプレッサケース内には、上記上流側吸気通路と上記下流側吸気通路とを接続しかつ上記コンプレッサが配設された過給通路と、該過給通路における上記コンプレッサよりも上流側部分と該コンプレッサよりも下流側部分とを該コンプレッサを迂回して接続し、上記コンプレッサにより過給された吸入空気の一部を該過給通路における上記コンプレッサよりも上流側部分に還流させるエアリリーフ通路とが設けられており、
上記エアリリーフ通路は、上記過給通路における上記コンプレッサよりも上流側部分の内壁面に開口する空気流出口を有し、
上記上流側吸気通路の下流側部分から上記過給通路における上記空気流出口よりも上流側部分にかけての範囲内に位置する特定部分の内壁面の周方向の一部に、該特定部分の径方向の内側に突出する突出部材が設けられ、
上記特定部分は、上記上流側吸気通路の下流端であり、
上記上流側吸気通路の下流端は、該上流側吸気通路における他の部分とは別の部材でありかつ上記コンプレッサケースの入口に接続される接続管によって構成されることを特徴とするターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造。 - 請求項1記載のターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造において、
上記突出部材は、厚み方向に対向する2つの平面を有する平板状に形成され、
上記突出部材における上記2つの平面間の中央を通る中央仮想平面が、上記特定部分の通路長さ方向でかつ該特定部分の径方向に延びていることを特徴とするターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造。 - 請求項1又は2記載のターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造において、
上記特定部分の内壁面の周方向の複数箇所に、複数の上記突出部材がそれぞれ設けられており、
上記複数の突出部材は、上記特定部分における通路長さ方向の略同じ位置に位置していることを特徴とするターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造において、
上記突出部材の突出量は、上記特定部分の通路内径の半分よりも小さいことを特徴とするターボ過給機付エンジンの吸気通路構造。
