Description
(1)往復動摩擦試験
油圧装置において、オイルシール7ピストンロッドとの間に発生する摩擦力を推定するために、往復動摩擦試験機を用いて種々の配合組成の油圧装置用作動油について試験を行った。往復動摩擦試験機としては新東科学株式会社のバウデン試験機HEIDON−14D型を使用した。図2にこの往復動摩擦試験機200を用いた試験方法の概略を示す。往復動摩擦試験機200は、往復運動するテーブル21と、テーブル21の上に載置された第1試験工具と、第1試験工具の上で第1試験工具に対して相対的に移動可能に配置された第2試験工具と、第2試験工具を介して第1試験工具に荷重を印加する荷重印加部22とを有する。テーブル21には第1試験工具が固定され、荷重印加部22には第2試験工具が固定される。

図3に示した実施例1および図4に比較例1として示した2種類の配合組成の油圧機器用作動油を用いた自動車用緩衝器を実際に搭載した自動車を動かし、その乗り心地についての官能試験を行った。具体的には、官能試験を行う2名の試験者が、実施例1の配合組成の油圧機器用作動油を用いた自動車用緩衝器を搭載した自動車に搭乗し、路面の凹凸に起因する振動が伝わる度合いについて5点満点で評価した。同様に、比較例1の配合組成の油圧機器用作動油を用いた自動車用緩衝器を搭載した自動車に搭乗し、路面の凹凸に起因する振動が伝わる度合いについて5点満点の評価点を決定した。評価点は高いほど(数値が大きいほど)乗り心地が優れていることを示す。2名の試験者による評価点の平均点を最終的な評価点とした。その結果を図5に示す。

前記亜リン酸エステル化合物および前記リン酸エステル化合物が合計で、前記基油に対して0.01質量%以上5.0質量%以下の範囲で含まれ、
前記2級アミド化合物は、前記基油に対して、0.01質量%以上2.0質量%以下の範囲で含まれる油圧装置用作動油。 - 請求項4に記載の油圧装置用作動油であって、
前記亜リン酸エステル化合物および前記リン酸エステル化合物が合計で、前記基油に対して0.1質量%以上5.0質量%以下の範囲で含まれ、
前記2級アミド化合物は、前記基油に対して、0.05質量%以上0.1質量%以下の範囲で含まれる油圧装置用作動油。 - 油圧装置であって、
請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の油圧装置用作動油を備え、
前記油圧装置は、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内を移動可能なピストンロッドと、前記シリンダに固定され前記ピストンロッドと摺動するオイルシールとを有し、
前記油圧装置用作動油を前記シリンダの内部に備える、油圧装置。 - 請求項6に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記ピストンロッドの表面の少なくとも一部にクロムめっきが施されている、油圧装置。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載の油圧装置であって、
前記油圧装置は自動車用緩衝器である、油圧装置。
