前記センサにおける正常な樹脂成形時の基準検出信号を記憶する正常時検出信号記憶部と、
樹脂成形後に、前記基準検出信号と前記検出信号とを比較し、前記樹脂成形の正常・異常を判断する第1判断部と、
を備えているインサート成形品良否判断装置。

前記インサート部品の樹脂成形前の第1電気特性、及び、樹脂成形後の第2電気特性を測定する測定部と、
この測定部によって測定された前記第1電気特性を記憶する電気特性記憶部と、
樹脂成形後に、前記電気特性記憶部に記憶された前記第1電気特性と前記測定部によって測定された前記第2電気特性を比較し、前記樹脂成形の正常・異常を判断する第2判断部と、
を更に備えている[付記9]に記載のインサート成形品良否判断装置。

Claims (4)
- 2次電池を含むインサート部品をインサート成形により樹脂成形した後に、前記インサート部品の良否を判定するインサート成形品良否判断装置において、
前記インサート部品の近傍に配置され、インサート成形時の当該インサート部品周囲の状態を検出するセンサから、検出信号が入力される検出信号入力部と、
前記センサにおける正常なインサート成形時の基準検出信号が記憶されている正常時検出信号記憶部と、
インサート成形前とインサート成形後の前記2次電池の電池充放電特性を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部により測定されたインサート成形前の前記2次電池の電池充放電特性を記憶する電気特性記憶部と、
インサート成形後に、前記検出信号と前記正常時検出信号記憶部に記憶されている前記基準検出信号とを比較し、前記インサート成形の正常・異常を判断する第1判断部と、
前記測定部により測定されたインサート成形後の前記2次電池の電池充放電特性と前記電気特性記憶部に記憶されているインサート成形前の前記2次電池の電池充放電特性を比較し、前記2次電池の正常・異常を判断する第2判断部と、
を備えているインサート成形品良否判断装置。 - 当該インサート成形品良否判断装置は、前記第1判断部により前記インサート成形が正常と判断され、且つ前記第2判断部により前記インサート部品が正常と判断された場合、前記インサート部品は正常であると判定する請求項1に記載のインサート成形品良否判断装置。
- 前記センサは、温度測定素子を含む請求項1又は2に記載のインサート成形品良否判断装置。
- 前記センサは、圧力測定素子を含む請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のインサート成形品良否判断装置。
