Description
本出願は、2016年12月9日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2016−0167795号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は、密封材組成物、これを含む有機電子装置および前記有機電子装置の製造方法に関する。
前記環形構造を有する硬化性化合物は、少なくとも一つ以上の硬化性官能基を含むことができ、前記硬化性官能基は、グリシジル基、イソシアネート基、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシル基、アミド基、エポキシド基、スルフィド基、アセタル基およびラクトン基から選択される一つ以上であってもよい。
前記組成について、下記表1のような重量比で配合して混合容器に投入した。
前記混合容器としてプラネタリーミキサー(クラボウ、KK−250s)を利用して均一な密封材組成物インクを製造した。
前記組成について、下記表2のような重量比で配合して混合容器に投入した。単位は、重量部である。
前記混合容器としてプラネタリーミキサー(クラボウ、KK−250s)を利用して均一な密封材組成物インクを製造した。
基板に約50μmの厚さで実施例および比較例で製造した密封材組成物を塗布し、1000mW/cm2の強度で4000mJ/cm2の光量を通じてUV硬化させて、封止膜を形成する。Alpha step(KLA−Tencor)機器を利用して封止膜の厚さAを測定し、同時に封止膜の端部の側面末端の最も厚い領域を厚さBとして測定する。この際、(B−A)/A×100で計算して、前記角段差が封止膜厚さに対してどれ程度発生したかを測定する。角段差が20%以下の場合、良好な水準に分類される。
実施例および比較例で製造した密封材組成物を1000mW/cm2の強度で1J/cm2のUVを照射した後に接着剤のタックフリータイムを測定した。まず、密封材組成物をスピンコートして、厚さ10μmで塗布し、硬化させる。硬化直後、密封材の表面を触ったとき、タッキー(Tacky)感が消え、密封材の付着がなくなるまでの時間をタックフリータイムと定義して測定する。前記タックフリータイムが1秒未満の場合、◎、1分未満の場合、O、5分以上の場合、△、30分以上の場合、Xに分類した。
実施例および比較例で製造した密封材組成物を1000mW/cm2の強度で1J/cm2のUVを照射して硬化させた後、50mgの硬化物サンプルをパージトラップ(Purge & Trap)−気体クロマトグラフィー/質量分析法を利用して110℃で30分間維持した後、揮発性有機化合物の量を測定した。前記測定は、Purge&Trap sampler(JAI JTD−505III)−GC/MS(Agilent 7890b/5977a)機器を使用して測定した。測定量が50ppm未満の場合、◎、100ppm以下の場合、O、100ppm超過の場合、Xで表示した。
実施例および比較例で製造したインク組成物をUnijet UJ−200(Inkjet head−Dimatix 10Pl 256)を使用して有機電子素子が形成された基板上にインクジェッティングして、1×10cmのパターンのサイズおよび10μm厚さの有機層を形成した。前記塗布されたインク組成物に対して、ホットプレートを利用して100℃で3分間熱処理を行った。前記インク組成物に対して5%の相対湿度の条件で395nm波長および1000mW/cm2の強度で1J/cm2のUVを照射して硬化させて、有機電子装置を製造した。

Claims (15)
- 5〜50重量部の分子構造内に環形構造を有する硬化性化合物および25重量部〜80重量部のビニルエーテル硬化性化合物を含み、
オキセタン基を有する硬化性化合物をさらに含み、
オキセタン基を有する硬化性化合物は、二官能以上であり、
オキセタン基を有する硬化性化合物は、ビニルエーテル硬化性化合物100重量部に対して5〜90重量部で含まれる、密封材組成物。 - 環形構造を有する硬化性化合物は、少なくとも一つ以上の硬化性官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 硬化性官能基は、グリシジル基、イソシアネート基、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシル基、アミド基、エポキシド基、スルフィド基、アセタル基およびラクトン基から選択される一つ以上である、請求項2に記載の密封材組成物。
- 分子構造内に環形構造を有する硬化性化合物は、分子構造内に環構成原子が3〜10の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 分子構造内に環形構造を有する硬化性化合物は、ビニルエーテル硬化性化合物100重量部に対して25〜145重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 界面活性剤は、極性官能基を含む、請求項6に記載の密封材組成物。
- 界面活性剤は、フッ素系化合物を含む、請求項6に記載の密封材組成物。
- 界面活性剤は、組成物内の全体硬化性化合物100重量部に対して0.01重量部〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項6に記載の密封材組成物。
- 光開始剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 光開始剤は、組成物内の全体硬化性化合物100重量部に対して1〜15重量部で含まれる、請求項10に記載の密封材組成物。
- 組成物は、無溶剤形態のインク組成物である、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物。
- 基板と;基板上に形成された有機電子素子と;前記有機電子素子の前面を密封し、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物を含む有機層と;を含む有機電子装置。
- 上部に有機電子素子が形成された基板の上に、請求項1に記載の密封材組成物が前記有機電子素子の前面を密封するように有機層を形成する段階を含む有機電子装置の製造方法。
- 有機層を形成する段階は、インクジェット印刷、グラビアコートまたはリバースオフセットコートを含む、請求項14に記載の有機電子装置の製造方法。
