Claims (6)
- 下記の化学式からなり、Ti及びFeの割合が1:1であり、Si:TiまたはSi:Feの割合が5:1〜9:1の範囲を満足する合金(Si70Ti10Fe10Al10を除く)においての、合金内マトリックス上の微細結晶領域の非晶質化度が25%以上であり、原子%(at%)でSi:60〜70%、Ti:9〜14%、Fe:9〜14%、Al:5〜19%の範囲を有し、
式:非晶質化度(%)=(全体面積−結晶化面積)÷全体面積、
化学式:SixTiyFezAlu(x:1−(y+z+u)、y:0.09〜0.14、z:0.09〜0.14、u:0.05〜0.19)
である、ことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用負極活物質。 - 50サイクル後の膨張率が70〜150%の範囲内であって、
以下のような条件のサイクルテストである、
充電:0.5C、0.01V、0.05C cut−off
放電:0.5C、1.0V cut−off
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。 - 前記二次電池用負極活物質は、50サイクル後の放電容量が初期放電容量対比90%以上であって、
以下のような条件のサイクルテストである、
充電:0.5C、0.01V、0.05C cut−off
放電:0.5C、1.0V cut−off
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。 - 前記二次電池用負極活物質は、50サイクル後の効率が98%以上であって、
以下のような条件のサイクルテストである、
充電:0.5C、0.01V、0.05C cut−off
放電:0.5C、1.0V cut−off
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。 - 負極と、正極と、電解質と、を含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池であって、
前記負極は、Ti及びFeの割合が1:1であり、Si:TiまたはSi:Feの割合が6.6〜7:1の範囲を満足し、下記の化学式からなる合金(Si70Ti10Fe10Al10を除く)であって、合金内マトリックス上の微細結晶領域の非晶質化度が25%以上の範囲を有し、原子%(at%)でSi:60〜70%、Ti:9〜14%、Fe:9〜14%、Al:5〜19%の範囲を有する負極活物質からなり、
式:非晶質化度(%)=(全体面積−結晶化面積)÷全体面積、
化学式:SixTiyFezAlu(x:1−(y+z+u)、y:0.09〜0.14、z:0.09〜0.14、u:0.05〜0.19)
であることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記負極は、50サイクル後の膨張率が70〜150%の範囲内であって、
以下のような条件のサイクルテストである、

放電:0.5C,1.0V cut−off
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
