Description
<第一実施形態>
本実施の形態に係る緩衝器D1は、作動油などの液体を満たしたシリンダ10と、シリンダ10の内周に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内を伸側室R1と圧側室R2に区画するピストン11と、シリンダ10内に移動自在に挿入されるロッド12とを備えており、ロッド12とピストン11はピストン連結部材を介して連結されている。
次に第二実施形態に係る緩衝器D2について説明する。緩衝器D2は、図5に示すように、リバウンドストッパ1(キャップ)とロッド12の外周との間と、リバウンドストッパ1とピストン連結部材であるハウジング2の間にそれぞれシールリング15,16を設けている点で、第一実施形態の緩衝器D1と異なる。
Claims (4)
- ロッドと、
前記ロッドに摩擦圧接によって接合されピストンが連結されるピストン連結部材と、
前記ロッドの外周と前記ピストン連結部材とに隙間のない状態で装着されて前記ロッドと前記ピストン連結部材の接合部を覆うキャップを備える
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記キャップは樹脂製であって、前記ロッド及び前記ピストン連結部材に圧入状態で装着されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記キャップと前記ロッドとの間と、前記キャップと前記ピストン連結部材との間にシールリングを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ピストン連結部材が、減衰バルブを収容する筒状のハウジングである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
