Claims (20)
- 血管内血液ポンプ(10)であって、
近位端と遠位端を有するモータハウジング(20)と、前記モータハウジング内に配置された電気モータ(21)と、を有する駆動部(11)であって、前記電気モータは、一端が前記モータハウジング(20)の遠位端から突出し、前記モータハウジングの近位端と遠位端の両方において前記モータハウジング内に半径方向(27、31)に取り付けられているモータシャフト(25)を有し、前記モータシャフト(25)の近位端にあるラジアル軸受(27)および前記モータハウジング(20)の遠位端にあるラジアル軸受(31)の一方または両方は、ラジアル滑り軸受であり、前記モータシャフト(25)は、前記モータハウジング(20)内で少なくとも1つのアキシャル滑り軸受(40)またはラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)によって軸方向に取り付けられている、駆動部(11)と、
前記モータハウジング(20)の近位端に接続され、そこに沿って前記電気モータに電源供給する線(23)が延びるカテーテル(14)と、
前記モータハウジング(20)の遠位端に固定された管状のポンプハウジング(32)と、前記モータハウジングの遠位端から突出し、前記ポンプハウジング(32)内で回転可能な前記モータシャフト(25)の端に着座する羽根車(34)と、を有するポンプ部(12)と、
を含む血管内血液ポンプ(10)において、
前記モータシャフトはセラミック製であり、
前記ラジアル滑り軸受(27、31)として形成された前記ラジアル軸受のうち少なくとも1つにおいて、軸受隙間を形成する表面の一方が、前記モータシャフトによって形成されたセラミック表面である血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)が、前記モータシャフト(25)に設置され、前記モータハウジング(20)の円周方向の肩部で支持されるディスク(44)を含む血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項2に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ディスク(44)は、セラミックディスクである血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
パージ流体ライン(29)を含み、これが、前記パージ流体ラインを通じて供給された流体が前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)と前記モータハウジングの遠位端に位置付けられた前記ラジアル軸受(31)の軸受隙間、または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の軸受隙間を通って流れるように配置される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の軸受隙間を形成する前記表面(41、42)の少なくとも一方が、前記軸受隙間を半径方向に外側から半径方向に内側へと貫通する経路(43)を有する血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の前記軸受隙間が、円周方向のある領域において収束する隙間として構成される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項6に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の軸受隙間を形成する前記表面(42、41)のうちの移動表面(42)が平らである血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の軸受隙間を形成する前記表面(41、42)の少なくとも一方が、螺旋状に配置された1つまたは複数の溝(45)を有する血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項8に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)または前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)の軸受隙間を形成する前記表面(41、42)のうちの移動表面(42)が、螺旋状に配置された1つまたは複数の溝を有する血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記セラミックは、酸化ジルコニウムである血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記モータハウジング(20)の近位端にある前記ラジアル軸受(27)が外側リングを有し、前記電気モータ(21)のリードワイヤ(51)が前記外側リングを通って、または前記外側リングの半径方向に外側に位置するスロット(50)の中で延びる血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項11に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記電気モータ(21)の前記リードワイヤ(51)と前記カテーテル(14)に沿って延びる前記線(23)が、前記モータハウジングの近位端にある前記ラジアル軸受(27)の近位方向に位置付けられる表面の上に導電的に接続される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項12に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記モータハウジングが少なくとも部分的に注型プラスチックのハウジングであり、前記リードワイヤ(51)と前記カテーテル(14)に沿って延びる前記線(23)との導電接続部(52)は、前記モータハウジング(20)の近位端にある前記ラジアル軸受(27)の近位方向に位置付けられる表面の上に注型される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)および前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)のうち少なくとも一方の表面を含む、前記モータハウジング(20)の遠位端全体は、一体のセラミック部品から製造される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャル滑り軸受(40)および前記ラジアル−アキシャル滑り軸受(46)のうち少なくとも1つは、前記モータハウジング(20)の端壁(30)の軸方向の内面(41)と、ロータ(26)の遠位側で前記モータシャフト(25)に着座し、前記ロータ(26)と一緒に回転するセラミックディスク(44)から成る対向表面(42)とから形成される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ラジアル滑り軸受(27、31)として形成された前記ラジアル軸受のうち少なくとも1つにおいて、軸受隙間を形成する前記表面の他方が、前記モータハウジング(20)の端壁(30)によって形成されるセラミック表面である血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記ラジアル滑り軸受(27、31)として形成された前記ラジアル軸受のうち少なくとも1つにおいて、軸受隙間を形成する前記表面の他方がセラミック表面である血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項16に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記モータハウジングの端壁によって形成される前記セラミック表面は、前記モータハウジングの遠位端壁の貫通穴によって形成される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項16に記載の血管内血液ポンプにおいて、
前記モータハウジングの端壁によって形成される前記セラミック表面は、前記モータハウジングの近位端壁の一体部分を形成する軸受ブッシュによって形成される血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の血管内血液ポンプと、前記パージ流体ラインに粘性が37℃で1.2mPa・s以上である流体を供給するためのパージ流体源と、を含むシステム。
