- クリップ可能な容器用の金型(200)であって、
前記金型の上面(201)に、得られる容器の底部を成形するための壁部(202)と、前記壁部(202)から軸線(A2)に沿って延在するヘッド(204)を備え、
前記ヘッド(204)は、少なくとも1つの盲開口部(207)を含む周面(205)を含む中央コア(211)の全体又は一部分を収容しうるように中空であり、高位置と低位置との間で前記軸線(A2)と平行に並進状に移動可能であり、前記高位置から前記低位置への前記中央コア(211)の移動が、前記盲開口部(207)に沿って、前記周面(205)の可動部(208)の前位置から後位置への移動を生じるように配列され、
前記周面(205)の可動部(208)は、前記盲開口部(207)に沿って、前位置と後位置の間を移動可能であり、前記前位置は、前記可動部(208)が前記周面(205)の残部と整合する位置であり、前記後位置は、前記可動部(208)が前記周面(205)から水平方向に後退した位置であり、
前記金型(200)は、前記軸線(A2)に向かって平行移動しうる押しボタン(220)と、開位置と閉位置との間で前記軸線(A2)を中心として側方に移動可能に装着されたシェル(300)をさらに備え、
前記軸線(A2)に接近する方向への押しボタン(220)の移動が前記高位置への前記中央コア(211)の移動を生じるように前記中央コア(211)と関連付けられ、
前記シェル(300)は、得られる容器の壁部の一部を画成する中空キャビティ(301)を各々含み、前記閉位置で、前記シェル(300)は前記押しボタン(220)上に位置している、
ことを特徴とする金型。 - 前記ヘッド(204)は、前記周面(205)及び上面(206)を含む円筒または先細形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金型。
- 前記ヘッド(204)は、前記軸線(A2)に直角な同一平面に沿って配置され、前記ヘッド(204)の基部で相互に対向して位置付けられた、少なくとも2つの盲開口部(207)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金型。
- 前記中央コア(211)の外面及び前記可動部(208)の内面は、摺動リンク機構により相互に接触して連結され、前記軸線(A2)に対して前記金型(200)の外部に向けて傾斜した側面(212、213)を各々有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記摺動リンク機構は、ダブテール組立体(214)により具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の金型。
- 前記中央コア(211)は、チャネル(216)の内側の前記ヘッド(204)の前記基部の下方に延在することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の金型。
- 前記押しボタン(220)及び前記中央コア(211)は、第2の摺動リンク機構により連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記第2の摺動リンク機構は、前記軸線(A2)に接近する方向へ傾斜した少なくとも1本の案内ライン(221)を介して具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の金型。
- 前記中央コア(211)は前記チャネル(216)の外部に向けて延在する翼部(218)を有し、前記翼部(218)は前記第2の摺動リンク機構により前記押しボタン(220)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の金型。
- 前記押しボタン(220)の自由端は、前記金型(200)の残部の外周から突出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
- 前記シェル(300)は、開位置と閉位置との間で前記軸線(A2)を中心として側方に移動可能に相互に枢着された2つのシェル(300)で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の金型。
