Claims (13)
- 加工中の材料に接触するように構成された略円筒の形態又は円筒の一部の形態のキャリア面を備える、ソノトロード又はアンビルの形態を有する加工要素であって、前記加工要素が、加工中、その長手軸線周りに回転することによって、前記キャリア面が加工対象の前記材料の上を転がるように構成され、前記キャリア面上に、前記キャリア面を越えて半径方向に突出する少なくとも1つの構造要素が配置され、前記構造要素が、加工対象の前記材料と接触するように設けられた上面を有する、加工要素において、
前記上面が、円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔の50%よりも大きく且つ前記円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔未満である曲率半径で少なくとも部分的に周方向に凸状に湾曲することを特徴とする加工要素。 - 前記構造要素が、上面と、前記上面と前記キャリア面とを接続する少なくとも1つの周囲延在側面とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工要素。
- 加工中の材料に接触するように構成された略円筒の形態又は円筒の一部の形態のキャリア面を備える、ソノトロード又はアンビルの形態を有する加工要素であって、前記加工要素が、加工中、その長手軸線周りに回転することによって、前記キャリア面が加工対象の前記材料の上を転がるように構成され、前記キャリア面上に、前記キャリア面を越えて半径方向に突出する少なくとも1つの構造要素が配置され、前記構造要素が、加工対象の前記材料と接触するように設けられた上面を有する、加工要素において、
前記上面が、前記円筒軸線の方向に180°未満且つ170°より大きい角度をなす少なくとも2つの表面部を備え、
前記構造要素が、前記上面と、前記上面と前記キャリア面とを接続する少なくとも1つの周囲延在側面とを有し、
前記2つの表面部は、主要部及びベベル部であり、
前記主要部は、略平坦であるか、又は、前記円筒軸線からの主要部の間隔に対応する曲率半径をもつ凸状曲率を有し、
前記ベベル部は、前記主要部に周方向で隣接し、前記主要部と前記円筒軸線の方向に180°未満の角度をなすように、前記主要部に対して傾斜することを特徴とする加工要素。 - 前記上面が、前記主要部とベベル部とが前記円筒軸線の方向に、それぞれ180°未満の角度をなすように前記主要部に対してそれぞれ傾斜し且つ周方向の両側において前記主要部に隣接する2つのベベル部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加工要素。
- 前記主要部と前記ベベル部との前記円筒軸線の方向のなす角度が、170°より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の加工要素。
- 前記ベベル部が、前記主要部の周方向の長さの10%と400%との間、好ましくは30%と200%との間の周方向の長さをもつことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加工要素。
- 前記ベベル部の幅は、周方向で前記主要部の側に向かうほど増加することを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の加工要素。
- 前記構造要素が、長辺が周方向に配置された細長い形状をもつことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加工要素。
- 3つ以上の構造要素が、前記キャリア面上に、軸線方向に互いに離間した関係で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の加工要素。
- 2つの前記構造要素が、前記キャリア面上に、周方向に互いに離間した関係で、且つ連続して、配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の加工要素。
- 前記ベベル部が、前記円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔未満であり、且つ、前記円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔の半分より大きな曲率半径で少なくとも部分的に周方向に凸状に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の加工要素。
- 前記上面が、前記円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔未満であり、且つ、円筒軸線から前記上面までの最大間隔の半分より大きな曲率半径で少なくとも部分的に周方向に凸状に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の加工要素。
- ソノトロードとアンビルとを備える超音波加工機械において、前記ソノトロード及び/又はアンビルが請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のものであることを特徴とする超音波加工機械。
