Claims (7)
- 材料ウェブ(20)の超音波処理のための装置であって、超音波発生器と、コンバータ(12)と、ソノトロード(16)と、対向ツール(18)とを備える超音波処理システムを有し、
前記ソノトロード(16)及び/又は前記対向ツール(18)は、少なくとも一つの隆起部(45)が形成された、ほぼ円筒状のシール面を有し、前記隆起部(45)は、処理中は回転軸を中心に回転し、シール中は前記材料ウェブ(20)と接触するよう回転可能であり、
前記超音波処理システムからフィードバック変数の供給を受ける、前記超音波発生器用に閉ループ制御装置(24)が備えられ、これによって調整変数が確認され、前記超音波発生器に供給され、
処理変数は、処理工程から確認され、前記超音波発生器への供給前に、前記閉ループ制御装置(24)により確認される前記調整変数と連携され、
前記隆起部(45)の位置を確定し、前記位置の確定により、前記処理変数と前記調整変数との連携を許可または阻止するよう構成されているトリガー装置(44)が備えられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記トリガー装置は、前記隆起部(45)が、処理対象の前記材料ウェブ(20)と接触するとき、前記処理変数と前記調整変数との連携を許可し、前記隆起部(45)が処理対象の前記材料ウェブ(20)と接触していないとき、連携を阻止するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トリガー装置(44)は、前記処理変数と前記調整変数との連携を阻止されている間は、所定の参照値と前記調整変数とを連携するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記所定参照値は、前記トリガー装置(44)が連携を許可する直前に検出された、前記処理変数の値として設定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記トリガー装置(44)は、前記隆起部の前記位置を確定するセンサ(43)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理変数は、前記ソノトロード(16)の処理力であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記隆起部(45)は、前記シール面上の軸方向に向けられた、略細長い形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
