Claims (6)
- 材料を超音波処理する装置であって、
超音波発生器と、変換器と、ソノトロード及び対応ツールと、前記ソノトロード及び前記対応ツールを互いに向かう方向又は離れる方向に移動可能な送りユニットとを備えた超音波処理システムを有し、
前記超音波処理システムが被処理材に及ぼす力を測定可能な力センサが設けられ、 前記力センサはその出力が電荷増幅器によって電圧に変換される圧電センサであり、
前記超音波処理システムが材料処理を行っていない時に、前記圧電センサを短絡する、又は前記圧電センサによる測定値に対して時変力補正値を加える、制御デバイスが設けられ、
前記ソノトロード及び/又は前記対応ツールが少なくとも1つの隆起部を有する略円筒状のキャリア面を有し、回転可能に構成され、それによって処理中に前記隆起部が回転軸廻りに回転すると共に、シール時間中に材料ウェブと接触し、
前記隆起部の位置を決定するトリガデバイスが設けられ、
前記制御デバイスは位置決定に応じて前記圧電センサを短絡するように適合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御デバイスは前記隆起部が前記被処理材に接触していない時に前記圧電センサを短絡するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは所定時間が経過した時に前記圧電センサを短絡するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは前記材料と前記隆起部との間で前記トリガデバイスが所定数の接触を登録した時に前記圧電センサを短絡するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは、前記超音波処理システムが如何なる材料処理も行っていない時に、前記圧電センサを短絡すると共に、前記圧電センサによる測定値に対して時変力補正値を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記時変力補正値は予め行った前記圧電センサのドリフト測定から得られることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の装置。
