Claims (13)
- 超音波振動で励振させることができる加工ソノトロードと、加工対応ツールと、材料ウェブを加工ソノトロードと加工対応ツールとの間を通過させることができるように設計された材料ウェブガイドとを備え、
溶着作業の前に少なくとも1枚の材料ウェブを加熱するデバイスが設けられ、少なくとも1枚の材料ウェブを予熱するデバイスが、超音波振動で励振させることのできる予熱ソノトロードを有する、少なくとも2枚の材料ウェブを超音波溶着するための装置において、
加工ソノトロードが溶着面幅aをもつ溶着面を有し、予熱ソノトロードが予熱面幅bをもつ予熱面を有し、bがaよりも大きいことを特徴とする装置。 - bがaの50%超だけ大きい請求項1に記載の装置。
- bがaの約2倍の大きさである請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 予熱ソノトロードと対応付けられた予熱対応ツールが設けられ、
材料ウェブガイドが、少なくとも1枚の材料ウェブを、予熱ソノトロードと予熱対応ツールとの間を通過させることができるようになっている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 材料ウェブガイドが、両方の材料ウェブを、予熱ソノトロードと予熱対応ツールとの間を通過させることができるようになっている請求項4に記載の装置。
- 加工対応ツールが予熱ソノトロードとも対応付けられ、
材料ウェブガイド手段が、材料ウェブを、まず予熱のために予熱ソノトロードと加工対応ツールとの間を通過させ、そして次に溶着のために加工ソノトロードと加工対応ツールとの間を通過させるようになっている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 少なくとも加工ソノトロードが、略円筒状面の形態の溶着面を有する回転ソノトロードの形態である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 予熱ソノトロードも、略円筒状面の形態の予熱面を有する回転ソノトロードの形態である請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも加工対応ツールが、回転可能であり、略円筒状面の形態の溶着面を有する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 予熱対応ツールも回転可能であり、略円筒状面の形態の予熱面を有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 加工対応ツールが、超音波振動で励振させることのできる更なる加工ソノトロードの形態である請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 加工ソノトロード及び更なる加工ソノトロードが、異なる自然周波数を有する請求項11に記載の装置。
- 予熱ソノトロードを回転させかつ加工ソノトロードを回転させるデバイスが設けられ、
デバイスは、加工ソノトロードの周速度が、予熱ソノトロードの周速度よりも大きくなるようになっている請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
