Claims (5)
- 超音波溶接機用の超音波コレットホーンであって、
本体と、
取り換え可能なホーン先端部がその上に受け入れ可能であるコレットであって、超音波コレットホーンの本体の端部において外方向に突出し、コレットの中に、コレットを複数のセクションに分ける複数の軸方向スリットと、軸方向に外方向に延びるにつれて外方向にテーパになる、テーパにされた軸方向に延びる孔とを有する、コレットと
を備え、
本体は、コレットロックのねじ切りされた内側セクションとねじ込み式に係合可能であるねじ切りされた孔であって、テーパにされた軸方向に延びる孔の軸方向内側端部から軸方向に内方向に延びる、ねじ切りされた孔を有し、
コレットのセクションは、ホーン先端部がコレット上に受け入れられ、コレットロックが、ホーン先端部をコレット上に固定するためにねじ切りされた孔内に締め付けられたとき、外方向にホーン先端部の内側壁に押し付けられる、超音波コレットホーン。 - コレットが、軸方向スリットによって分割された、面取りされた縁を備える多角形断面を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波コレットホーン。
- コレットが、軸方向スリットによって分割された、面取りされた縁を備える略正方形断面を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波コレットホーン。
- コレットロックであって、コレットロックのねじ切りされた内側セクションがねじ切りされた孔内に締め付けられたとき、コレットのセクションをホーン先端部に押し付けるテーパにされた外側セクションを有する、コレットロックをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の超音波コレットホーン。
- コレットロックのねじ切りされた内側セクションが、ねじ切りされたシャフトである、請求項4に記載の超音波コレットホーン。
