Description
(i)酸素が存在しないことにより、その中に保持された嫌気性硬化性組成物が硬化するのを防止するのに十分な酸素透過性を有する容器本体を有する容器、および
(ii)前記容器内に保持された嫌気性硬化性組成物
を含むパックであって、
前記容器本体は、熱可塑性澱粉成分とポリエチレンとの混合物から形成されたプラスチック材料から構成されていることを特徴とするパック。
図1は、下記の実験で作成され、試験された(赤)着色された(50ml)のボトルの画像(写真)を示す。スケールの指標を与えるために、定規が画像に含まれる。(以下のように、250mlの製品を保持するために同様のボトルを作製した。)

前記実験により調製されたボトルは、本発明のパックが既存のパック(LDPEなど)に匹敵する全体的な安定性を提供することを明確に示す。さらに、ボトルは、その内容物と適合性があることが示された。容器内の製品の早期硬化/ゲル化についての問題は生じなかった。さらに、容器は、絞り出しが少し容易であった。これは、異なる組成の広い範囲の製品にわたって示された。
Claims (17)
- a.酸素が存在しないことにより、その中に保持された嫌気性硬化性組成物が硬化するのを防止するのに十分な酸素透過性を有する容器本体を有する容器、および
b.前記容器内に保持された嫌気性硬化性組成物
を含むパックであって、
前記容器本体は、熱可塑性デンプン成分とポリエチレンとのブレンドから形成されたプラスチック材料から構成され、熱可塑性デンプン成分中のデンプンがブレンドの重量の6%〜33%の量で存在し、熱可塑性デンプン成分がデンプンおよび多官能性アルコールまたは多官能性アルコールの組み合わせである可塑剤を混合することにより得られ、
容器本体の酸素透過性を50mlの嫌気性硬化性組成物用容器(ふちまでの容量106ml)で測定した場合、100%O 2 に対して、1パックあたり24時間で少なくとも2.4cm3であることを特徴とするパック。 - 前記熱可塑性デンプン成分中の前記デンプンが、再生可能なソースから供給される、請求項1に記載のパック。
- 前記熱可塑性デンプン成分中の前記デンプンが、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の13%〜32%の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載のパック。
- 前記熱可塑性デンプン成分中の前記デンプンが、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の20%〜30%の量で存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記熱可塑性デンプン成分中の前記デンプンが、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の23%〜30%の量で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記熱可塑性デンプン成分中の前記デンプンが、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の26%の量で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記ポリエチレンは、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の66%〜94%の量で存在する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記ポリエチレンは、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の67%〜87%の量で存在する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記ポリエチレンは、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の70%〜80%の量で存在する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記ポリエチレンは、前記容器本体を形成するために使用される前記ブレンドの重量の74%の量で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 嫌気性硬化性組成物の粘度が、10センチポアズから8000センチポアズである請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記ポリエチレンがLDPEである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記嫌気性硬化性組成物を分注するために、前記容器本体が、絞り出し可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記容器本体が、ボトルである、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記容器は、さらに、容器から嫌気性製品を分注するための、前記容器本体のクロージャの一部を構成していてよい分注ノズルを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記容器は、さらに、容器から嫌気性製品を分注するための分注クロージャを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
- 前記容器本体は、顔料によって着色されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のパック。
