Claims (6)
- 端子に接続された当該端子とは別部材の集電体と、
前記集電体に当接する絶縁部材と、
電極体と、
前記集電体とは別部材であり、前記電極体と前記集電体とを接続するリード板と、を備え、
前記リード板は、前記絶縁部材又は前記集電体に係合する係合部を有し、
前記絶縁部材又は前記集電体は、前記リード板の前記係合部が係合する被係合部を有し、
前記被係合部は、突部又はボスであり、
前記係合部は、前記突部に係合する切り欠き部又は前記ボスが挿入される孔である
蓄電素子。 - 前記リード板は、対向する第1板部と第2板部とが互いの端部で連続して接続されており、
前記第1板部における前記第2板部とは反対側の第1主面に前記集電体が固定され、
前記第2板部における前記第1板部とは反対側の第2主面に前記電極体のタブ部が固定されている
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記切り欠き部は、前記リード板の外方に向かって徐々に広がる形状である
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記集電体を収容する収容部を備え、
前記被係合部は、前記収容部の外方に配置されている
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 端子に接続された当該端子とは別部材の集電体と、前記集電体に当接する絶縁部材と、電極体と、前記集電体とは別部材であり、前記電極体と前記集電体とを接続するリード板と、を備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記集電体に前記リード板を重ねる際に、前記リード板に備わる切欠状の係合部を前記絶縁部材又は前記集電体に備わる突状の被係合部に係合させる、あるいは、前記リード板に備わる孔状の係合部を前記絶縁部材又は前記集電体に備わるボス状の被係合部に挿入させて、前記集電体に対する前記リード板の位置を合わせてから、前記リード板と前記集電体とを固定する
蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記リード板に備わる前記係合部を前記絶縁部材又は前記集電体に備わる前記被係合部に係合する際には、前記リード板は平板状であり、
前記リード板と前記集電体との固定後に、前記リード板を折り曲げる
