Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電素子10は、端子(負極端子300)と、本体部430と本体部430から突出したタブ部420とを有する電極体400と、端子とタブ部420とを接続する集電体(負極集電体150)とを備える。集電体は、対向する一板部1521と第二板部1522とが湾曲部1513を介して連続している。湾曲部1513の厚みt1は、第一板部1521と第二板部1522とのそれぞれの厚みt2よりも薄い。

以上、本発明に係る蓄電素子について、実施の形態に基づいて説明した。しかしながら、本発明は、上記実施の形態に限定されるものではない。本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形を上記実施の形態に施したものも、あるいは、上記説明された複数の構成要素を組み合わせて構築される形態も、本発明の範囲内に含まれる。

- 端子と、
本体部と前記本体部から突出したタブ部とを有する電極体と、
前記端子と前記タブ部とを電気的に接続する集電体とを備え、
前記集電体は、対向する第一板部と第二板部とが湾曲部を介して連続しており、
前記湾曲部の厚みは、前記第一板部と前記第二板部とのそれぞれの厚みよりも薄い
蓄電素子。 - 前記湾曲部の内面がなす空間の、前記第一板部と前記第二板部との対向方向における幅は、前記第一板部の先端と前記第二板部の先端とがなす前記対向方向における間隔よりも大きい
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記湾曲部の内面の両端部が断面視直線状に傾斜する傾斜面である
請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記湾曲部の内面の少なくとも一部の断面形状は、円弧状である
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
平板状の板体を曲げることによって、前記集電体を形成する工程を含み、
前記板体における他の領域よりも薄肉な第一領域を曲げることで、前記湾曲部を形成する
蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記板体における前記第一領域と前記他の領域との境界には、前記第一領域に向かうにつれて薄くなる傾斜部が形成されている
請求項5に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記板体の前記第一領域における、前記湾曲部の内面となる表面には、凹部が形成されている
請求項5または6に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。
