Claims (4)
- 正極及び負極の一対の集電体と、
本体部と、前記本体部の同一側の端から突出した正極及び負極の一対のタブ部とを有する電極体と、
前記一対の集電体とは別部材であり、正極及び負極の一対のリード板であって、一方の前記集電体と一方の前記タブ部との正極側の接続及び他方の前記集電体と他方の前記タブ部と負極側の接続を個別に行う一対のリード板とを備え、
前記リード板は、対向する第1板部と第2板部とが互いの端部で、曲げ方向が反転することなく連続して接続されており、
前記第1板部における前記第2板部とは反対側の第1主面に前記集電体が固定され、
前記第2板部における前記第1板部とは反対側の第2主面に前記タブ部が固定されている
蓄電素子。 - 前記リード板は、前記第2板部の前記第2主面が、前記タブ部が突出した前記本体部の端部に対向する位置に配置される
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記タブ部と、前記本体部との間には、絶縁部材が、前記タブ部と前記リード板との接合部分と前記本体部とを仕切るように、設けられている
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 集電体と、
本体部と前記本体部から突出したタブ部とを有する電極体と、
前記集電体とは別部材であり、対向する第1板部と第2板部とを有し、前記第1板部における前記第2板部とは反対側の第1主面に前記集電体が固定され、前記第2板部における前記第1板部とは反対側の第2主面に前記タブ部が固定されるリード板と、を備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記第1板部の前記第1主面となる第1領域と、前記第2板部の前記第2主面となる第2領域とを同一平面上に有する平板に対して、当該平板が平板状のままで前記第2領域に前記タブ部を固定してから、前記第1領域に前記集電体を固定した後に、前記第1領域及び前記第2領域の間の領域を、曲げ方向を反転させることなく曲げることで前記平板を前記リード板に形成する
