Claims (5)
- ガス化炉から供給される熱分解ガスを改質するガス改質炉であって、
熱分解ガスが流れる流路を形成する炉本体と、
前記流路に設けられ、チャーが充填されたチャー充填層を保持する充填層保持部と、
前記流路における前記チャー充填層よりも上流側の空間において、酸素を含むガスを前記熱分解ガスに供給することにより、前記熱分解ガスが前記チャー充填層を通過するよりも前に、前記熱分解ガスに含まれるタールを燃焼させるタール燃焼部と、
前記チャー充填層の内部、または、前記チャー充填層の近傍に設けられた噴出口から、水蒸気を噴出する水蒸気噴出部と、
を備えることを特徴とするガス改質炉。 - 請求項1に記載のガス改質炉であって、
前記充填層保持部が、複数の孔が形成されるとともに、前記チャー充填層を下方から保持する保持部材を有することを特徴とするガス改質炉。 - 請求項1または2に記載のガス改質炉であって、
前記充填層保持部にチャーを供給するチャー供給部と、
前記チャー充填層の厚さを取得する層厚取得部と、
前記厚さに基づいて前記チャー供給部によるチャーの供給量を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とするガス改質炉。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のガス改質炉であって、
前記熱分解ガスが流れる方向に関して、前記酸素を含むガスの供給位置から前記チャー充填層の表面に至る前記タール燃焼部の長さが、前記チャー充填層の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とするガス改質炉。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のガス改質炉であって、
前記流路における前記チャー充填層よりも下流側の空間の温度が、前記チャー充填層における温度よりも低いことを特徴とするガス改質炉。
