Claims (6)
- 粉末床溶融結合付加製造法を用いた部品の成形方法であって、
第1の平面に前記部品の第1の部分を成形することと、
第2の平面に前記部品の第2の部分を成形することであって、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分を成形することが、前記第1の平面及び前記第2の平面を焼結プロセスに露出させるとともに、前記第1の平面及び前記第2の平面の一部を電子ビームに露出させることを含むように、成形することと、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の内部に形成された通路の一部に電子ビームを露光することによって、前記通路内にワイヤを形成させることと、
前記通路内の焼結材料を破砕するように前記ワイヤに超音波信号を印加することと、
前記ワイヤを取り除くことと、
を備え、
前記第1の平面及び前記第2の平面が焼結された金属粉から形成され、
前記少なくとも1本のワイヤを形成することが、第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤを形成することを含む、部品の成形方法。 - 前記第1のワイヤが正弦曲線形状を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1本のワイヤを形成することが、前記ワイヤ上に清掃要素を形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記清掃要素が前記ワイヤよりも大きい断面を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第2のワイヤを形成することと、
前記第2のワイヤ上に第2の清掃要素を形成することと、
前記第2のワイヤに信号を印加することと、
前記第2のワイヤ及び前記第2の清掃要素を取り除くことと、
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記ワイヤが前記第2の清掃要素を少なくとも部分的に通過する、請求項5に記載の方法。
