Claims (20)
- 複数のサブピクセルを有する活性領域、前記活性領域の周りに、第1辺のパッド部、前記第1辺の両側にそれぞれ接した第2辺及び第3辺のゲート駆動部、及び前記第1辺に対向し、前記第2辺及び前記第3辺の前記ゲート駆動部の間に位置する第4辺の不活性領域を有する基板と、
前記基板に対向する封止基板と、
前記基板上の前記第1辺乃至前記第4辺の前記不活性領域で同じ離隔間隔を有し、それぞれ閉ループ状に形成された第1ダムパターン及び第2ダムパターンと、
平面上で前記第1ダムパターン及び前記第2ダムパターンの間に位置し、断面上の前記基板と前記封止基板の間に位置するシールパターンと、
前記第4辺の前記不活性領域の前記シールパターン内に形成され、有機物質からなり領域毎の表面密度の差を減らす第1補償パターンとを備える、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2辺及び前記第3辺の前記不活性領域の前記シールパターン内に前記第1補償パターンより低密度で第2補償パターンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。

- 前記第1補償パターンは、前記オーバーコート層から離隔し、前記薄膜トランジスタの一電極と同一層の前記第1辺の前記不活性領域に備えられたグラウンド配線と重畳する、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2辺及び前記第3辺の前記不活性領域の前記ゲート駆動部は、ゲート金属層、半導体及びデータ金属層の3層を含み、
前記第2補償パターンは、前記オーバーコート層から離隔して前記ゲート駆動部と重畳する、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1辺乃至前記第4辺の前記不活性領域で、前記基板上の表面構造の密度は、前記第1辺が最も密になり、前記第4辺が最も疎になる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1辺の前記不活性領域は、前記第2辺乃至前記第4辺の前記不活性領域よりも前記シールパターンと前記オーバーコート層の重畳幅が大きい、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記シールパターンと重畳する前記オーバーコート層上に接する、前記第1電極と同一の材料の短絡バーをさらに含み、
前記第1辺乃至前記第4辺の前記不活性領域のうち、前記第1辺の前記不活性領域における前記短絡バーは、最大の面積を有する、請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
