Claims (8)
- 自動車車軸(1)用ステアリングナックル(30)であって、固定支持部(20)と、前記自動車の車輪(42)を支持するよう意図されたスピンドル(12)を担持する可動部(2)とを備え、前記固定支持部(20)は第1のスイベルジョイント(3)および第2のスイベルジョイント(5)を備え、前記可動部(2)は前記第1のスイベルジョイント(3)により前記固定支持部(20)と関節式に連結され、
前記可動部(2)が、連接部材(7)により前記固定支持部(20)の前記第2のスイベルジョイント(5)に連結される第3のスイベルジョイント(8)を備え、前記スイベルジョイント間の前記連接部材が、前記第2のスイベルジョイント(5)と前記第3のスイベルジョイント(8)との間隔を一定に保つように配置されており、
前記ステアリングナックル(30)の前記可動部(2)および前記固定支持部(20)が、前記可動部(2)と前記固定支持部(20)との間の相対的な運動を減衰させる弾性部材(11)により連結されており、
前記スピンドル(12)および前記弾性部材(11)が、可動部2の表面2cの領域に、互いに近接して配設されることを特徴とする、ステアリングナックル(30)。 - 前記弾性部材(11)が、一方の前記第1のスイベルジョイント(3)と他方のスピンドル(12)との間に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステアリングナックル(30)。
- 前記第2と第3のスイベルジョイントの前記連接部材がタイロッドであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のステアリングナックル(30)。
- 自動車の車軸(1)、特に後車軸であって、クロスメンバ(40)により連結される2つのアーム(1a、1b)を備え、各アーム(1a、1b)が、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のステアリングナックル(30)の固定支持部(20)と一体であることを特徴とする、車軸(1)。
- 前記車軸(1)が、各ステアリングナックル(30)に対して、前記車軸(1)を前記ステアリングナックル(30)の前記可動部(2)の突出部(2d)に連結する連接部材(6)を備え、それによって前記可動部(2)の前記突出部(2d)、特に前記突出部の自由先端部と前記車軸(1)の前記アーム(1a)との間隔を制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車軸(1)。
- 各連接部材(6)が、ステアリングナックル(30)の前記可動部の前記突出部を前記ステアリングナックル(30)を支持する前記車軸(1)の前記アーム(1a、1b)に連結し、これによって、前記可動部(2)の前記突出部(2d)、特に前記突出部の前記自由先端部と前記車軸(1)の前記アーム(1a、1b)との間隔が、前記可動部(2)と前記固定支持部(20)との相対的な位置関係にかかわらず一定となることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車軸(1)。
- 前記車軸(1)が、前記クロスメンバ(40)へ横断方向に延在し、かつ、ほぼ垂直の関節軸(46)により前記クロスメンバ(40)の中央部に連結するクロスバー(26)を形成するアームを備え、各連接部材(6)がステアリングナックル(30)の前記可動部の前記突出部をクロスバー(26)を形成する前記アームに連結し、これによって、前記可動部(2)の前記突出部(2d)、特に前記突出部の前記自由先端部と前記車軸(1)の前記アーム(1a、1b)との間隔が、クロスバー(26)を形成する前記アームの前記クロスメンバ(40)に対する向きに応じて変わり得ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車軸(1)。
- 請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の車軸(1)を備えることを特徴とする自動車。
