前記コンタクトが挿入して取り付けられる取付溝を外面に有するインシュレータと、

前記インシュレータは、前記取付溝の底面と下方に連続するように形成される底壁を有し、
前記実装部は、前記外面の外側で前記底壁に隣接して配置され、
前記取付溝の少なくとも一部は、前記底壁に平行な方向に沿った前記外面上の溝幅よりも少なくとも一方向に広い幅広部を有し、
前記底壁に垂直な方向において、前記幅広部の底面は、前記取付溝の中央部よりも前記取付溝の底面側に位置し、
前記幅広部は、前記インシュレータの前記外面において、前記底壁に平行な方向の一方の端部から他方の端部に至るまで連続して形成される凹部である。
前記コンタクトの表面の一部は、下地めっきと、下地めっきに積層される表層めっきとにより形成され、
前記コンタクトの前記下地めっきが露出した領域の少なくとも一部が、前記底壁に垂直な方向に沿った前記幅広部の幅内に位置する。
前記幅広部の底面は、前記底壁に垂直な方向における位置が前記取付溝の底面と略同一であるように形成される。
前記コンタクトは、
接続対象物との接続時に弾性変形する接触アームと、
前記接触アームを支持するアーム支持部と、を有し、
前記幅広部の上面は、前記アーム支持部より上方に位置する。

Claims (4)
- はんだ付けにより回路基板上の回路パターンと接続される実装部を有するコンタクトと、
前記コンタクトが挿入して取り付けられる取付溝を外面に有するインシュレータと、
を備え、
前記インシュレータは、前記取付溝の底面と下方に連続するように形成される底壁を有し、
前記実装部は、前記外面の外側で前記底壁に隣接して配置され、
前記取付溝の少なくとも一部は、前記底壁に平行な方向に沿った前記外面上の溝幅よりも少なくとも一方向に広い幅広部を有し、
前記底壁に垂直な方向において、前記幅広部の底面は、前記取付溝の中央部よりも前記取付溝の底面側に位置し、
前記幅広部は、前記インシュレータの前記外面において、前記底壁に平行な方向の一方の端部から他方の端部に至るまで連続して形成される凹部である、
コネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトの表面の一部は、下地めっきと、下地めっきに積層される表層めっきとにより形成され、
前記コンタクトの前記下地めっきが露出した領域の少なくとも一部が、前記底壁に垂直な方向に沿った前記幅広部の幅内に位置する、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記幅広部の底面は、前記底壁に垂直な方向における位置が前記取付溝の底面と略同一であるように形成される、

接続対象物との接続時に弾性変形する接触アームと、
前記接触アームを支持するアーム支持部と、を有し、
前記幅広部の上面は、前記アーム支持部より上方に位置する、
