Description
(1)コークス用原料として用いられる石炭の評価方法であって、芳香環を有する1級もしくは2級アミン系化合物が添加されて軟化溶融特性が向上した石炭の前記軟化溶融特性に関する物性値を指標として、前記石炭を評価する、石炭の評価方法。
(2)前記アミン系化合物が添加される前の前記石炭はギーセラー最高流動度MFが20ddpm以下である、上記(1)に記載の石炭の評価方法。
(3)前記アミン系化合物はN,N’-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミンである、上記(1)または上記(2)に記載の石炭の評価方法。
(4)複数銘柄の石炭の各々について、測定された物性値と、該物性値が測定された石炭を含む配合炭を乾留して得られるコークスのコークス強度と、が得られており、前記物性値と前記コークス強度との関係式から、コークス強度の目標値に対応する物性値を特定し、特定した値以上の物性値が測定される石炭をコークス用原料として使用可能と評価する、上記(1)ないし上記(3)のいずれか1項に記載の石炭の評価方法。
(5)上記(4)に記載の石炭の評価方法を用いたコークスの製造方法であって、使用可能と評価された石炭を含む配合炭を乾留してコークスを製造する、コークスの製造方法。
[1]添加すべきアミン系化合物として、石炭に添加して流動性向上効果が見られるものを選定する。
[2]評価対象の複数種類の石炭(好ましくはMFが0の非粘結炭)に、選定したアミン化合物の任意の量を添加してMFを測定する。
[3A]評価対象の石炭のMFに違いが認められる場合には、そのときの量及び選定したアミン化合物を、評価で使用できるものと特定できたことになる。
[3B]評価対象の石炭のMFに違いが認められない場合には、アミン系化合物の添加量を増やすか、あるいは、[1]で選定したアミン系化合物よりも高い沸点を有するアミン系化合物を添加して再度[2]の測定を行う。
Claims (7)
- コークス用原料として用いられる非微粘結炭の評価方法であって、
芳香環を有する1級もしくは2級アミン系化合物が添加されて軟化溶融特性が向上した非微粘結炭の前記軟化溶融特性に関する物性値を指標として、前記芳香環を有する1級もしくは2級アミン系化合物が添加されていない前記非微粘結炭を配合して製造されるコークスの強度に対する前記非微粘結炭の影響を評価する、非微粘結炭の評価方法。 - 前記アミン系化合物が添加される前の前記非微粘結炭はギーセラー最高流動度MFが20ddpm以下である、請求項1に記載の非微粘結炭の評価方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物はN,N’-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミンである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の非微粘結炭の評価方法。
- 複数銘柄の非微粘結炭の各々について、芳香環を有する1級もしくは2級アミン系化合物が添加されて軟化溶融特性が向上した非微粘結炭の前記軟化溶融特性に関する測定された物性値と、該物性値が測定された非微粘結炭を含む配合炭を乾留して得られるコークスのコークス強度と、が得られており、
前記物性値と前記コークス強度との関係式から、コークス強度の目標値に対応する物性値を特定し、
特定した値以上の物性値が測定される非微粘結炭をコークス用原料として使用可能と評価する、非微粘結炭の評価方法。 - 前記アミン系化合物が添加される前の非微粘結炭はギーセラー最高流動度MFが20ddpm以下である、請求項4に記載の非微粘結炭の評価方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物はN,N’-ジ-2-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミンである、請求項4または請求項5に記載の非微粘結炭の評価方法。
- 請求項4から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の非微粘結炭の評価方法を用いたコークスの製造方法であって、
使用可能と評価された非微粘結炭を含む配合炭を乾留してコークスを製造する、コークスの製造方法。
