Claims (5)
- すれ違いビーム及び/又は走行ビームを照射する少なくとも1つの第1モジュール、並びに、追加走行ビーム及び水平方向の幅が相対的に小さく垂直方向の高さが相対的に大きい縦長のマーキング光を形成する第2モジュールを有するランプユニットと、
前記ランプユニットの前記第2モジュールを水平方向に回転させるスイブル機構部と、
自車両の前方に存在する歩行者を検出する歩行者検出部と、
前記歩行者までの相対的な距離を検出する距離検出部と、
前記自車両の前方に存在する前方車両の位置を検出する前方車両検出部と、
前記歩行者検出部から供給される前記歩行者に関わる情報に基づいて前記自車両の前方における前記歩行者の有無を判定する歩行者判定部と、
前記スイブル機構部を回転させる制御を行うスイブル制御部と、
前記追加走行ビーム又は前記マーキング光の配光幅を設定する光幅設定部と、
前記自車両から得られる情報に基づいて制御信号を生成して前記ランプユニットの前記第1モジュールの点灯状態及び前記第2モジュールの点灯状態を制御する点灯制御部と、
を含み、
前記第2モジュールは、投影レンズと、当該投影レンズの後側焦点より後方に配置された光源と、当該光源からの光を反射する反射面と、前記投影レンズと前記反射面の間に配置された遮光手段と、を有し、
前記遮光手段は、前記光幅設定部により設定される前記配光幅に対応して、前記光源からの光を用いて、前記配光幅の異なる少なくとも3つの照射パターンによる照射光を選択的に生成し、
前記3つの照射パターンは、前記配光幅を約2°としており水平方向の幅が相対的に小さく垂直方向の高さが相対的に大きい縦長の第1照射パターンと、水平線より上側において前記第1照射パターンよりも水平方向の幅が大きく上下左右に広がり水平線より下側では当該幅が相対的に小さく中央付近に集中するように分布した第2照射パターンと、前記第1照射パターンと前記第2照射パターンのそれぞれの水平方向の幅の間の大きさの水平方向の幅を有する第3照射パターンと、を含み、前記第1照射パターン及び前記第3照射パターンが前記マーキング光に対応し、前記第2照射パターンが前記追加走行ビームに対応しており、
前記歩行者判定部により前記歩行者が存在すると判定された場合に、前記遮光手段が、前記距離検出部により検出される前記歩行者との距離に応じて前記光幅設定部により設定される前記配光幅に対応して前記第1照射パターン又は前記第3照射パターンによる照射光を生成し、かつ、前記スイブル制御部が、前記歩行者検出部により検出される前記歩行者の位置に応じて前記第2モジュールによる照射光が前記歩行者へ向けて照射されるように前記スイブル機構部を制御し、
前記歩行者判定部により前記歩行者が存在しないと判定された場合であって前記前方車両検出部により前記前方車両が検出されていない場合に、前記点灯制御部が、前記第1モジュールを制御して前記走行ビームを照射させるとともに、前記遮光手段が、前記光幅設定部により設定される前記配光幅に対応して前記第2照射パターンによる照射光を生成し、かつ、前記スイブル制御部が、前記自車両の舵角に応じて前記第2モジュールを回転させるように前記スイブル機構部を制御する、
車両用前照灯システム。 - 前記遮光手段は、一対の遮光板同士の隙間を可変に設定できる可動シェードであり、
前記マーキング光及び前記追加走行ビームは、前記光源から出射した光が前記可動シェードの前記隙間を通ることによって形成される、
請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯システム。 - 前記光幅設定部は、
前記歩行者までの相対的な距離に応じて前記一対の遮光板同士の相対的位置を制御するための制御値を生成する遮光幅設定部と、
前記遮光幅設定部によって生成される前記制御値に基づいて前記一対の遮光板を相対的に移動させるシェード駆動部と、
を有する、
請求項2に記載の車両用前照灯システム。 - 前記点灯制御部は、前記自車両の車速が規定値以上である場合に前記第2モジュールに対して前記追加走行ビームを点灯させる制御を行い、前記車速が規定値以上ではない場合には前記追加走行ビームを消灯させる制御を行う、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両用前照灯システム。 - 前記歩行者検出部、前記距離検出部及び前記前方車両検出部は、前記自車両の前方の空間を撮影した画像を用いて所定の画像処理を行う画像処理部により構成される、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両用前照灯システム。
