Description
上記実施形態では、本車両用発音器を、車両に搭載されて車室外に警報音を発する発音器として説明したが、警報音以外の音を発する発音器として用いることもできる。
Claims (11)
- 振動板(21)と、前記振動板と接続されたボイスコイル(23)と、前記ボイスコイルから延出されたリード線(28)と、を有する発音体(20)と、
前記発音体を覆う筐体(16)と、
前記筐体の外側に向けて開口する開口部(101a)を有し、車両機器との電気的接続を行う車両コネクタが装着されるコネクタ部(101)と、
前記コネクタ部の開口部側から前記筐体の内部へと突出して配置された接続端子(30)と、を備え、
前記ボイスコイルから延出されたリード線が、前記筐体内にて前記接続端子と直接接続されており、
前記発音体は、前記振動板を固定するフレーム(22)を有し、
前記フレームは、前記リード線の一端と他端の間を固定する固定部(221)を備え、
前記固定部には、溝部(221a)が形成されており、
前記溝部の幅は、前記リード線の線径よりも短くなっており、
前記リード線は、前記固定部に形成された前記溝部に嵌め込まれている車両用発音器。 - 前記ボイスコイルは、コイル線(232)と、前記コイル線が巻回されたボビン(231)と、を有し、
前記ボビンは、前記コイル線の端部と接続されるとともに前記リード線の端部と接続される接続部(231a)を有している請求項1に記載の車両用発音器。 - 前記接続端子は、リード線を保持する保持部(32a)を有している請求項1または2に記載の車両用発音器。
- 前記筐体は、前記発音体が取り付けられる筒状のベース(10)と、前記ベースの一端側に配置されたケース(14)と、を有し、
前記発音体は、前記ベースに対してシール部材によりシールされて取り付けられるとともに、前記ベースと前記ケースの接合部は、シール部材によりシールされている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。 - 前記ベースには、前記発音体が発する音の音質を調整するディフューザ(102)が設けられている請求項4に記載の車両用発音器。
- 前記ベースと前記ディフューザは一体成形により構成されている請求項5に記載の車両用発音器。
- 前記筐体は、前記発音体が取り付けられる筒状のベース(10)を有し、
前記発音体は、前記ベースの一端側に発音面(20a)が向くよう配置され、
前記溝部は、前記固定部のうち、前記ベースの他端側を向く面に形成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。 - 前記リード線は、複数のリード線のひとつであり、
前記溝部は、前記固定部に形成された複数の溝部のひとつであり、
複数の前記リード線は、それぞれ前記固定部に形成された前記溝部に嵌め込まれており、
前記固定部は、前記フレームと樹脂製部材により一体成形されている請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。 - 前記リード線のうち、前記固定部に形成された前記溝部から前記ボイスコイル側に延びる付け根部に、前記リード線を補強するための補強部(222)が設けられている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。
- 前記ボイスコイルと前記固定部との間に配置されるリード線の途中に曲げ癖部(280)が形成されている請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。
- 前記固定部と前記接続端子との間に配置されるリード線の途中に曲げ癖部(281)が形成されている請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の車両用発音器。
