Claims (4)
- 平板状に形成された樹脂成形品本体の所定位置に位置決め用の突起が設けられ、前記樹脂成形品本体の側縁部に残る射出成形用のゲート痕と前記樹脂成形品本体の意匠面との間に、前記突起が設けられた樹脂成形品において、
前記突起は、その背面側に凹部が形成されて該突起全体がその前面側に膨出する中抜き袋状に構成されたことを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 前記突起は、前記樹脂成形品本体の意匠面側であって、前記ゲート痕と前記意匠面とを結ぶ直線上に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記ゲート痕と前記突起は、50mm以下に接近配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記突起を構成する中抜き袋状膨出部の板厚は、前記樹脂成形品本体における前記膨出部周辺領域の板厚と同じ厚さに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形品。
