Description
Claims (7)
- 射出成形で製造された車両用灯具のカバーである樹脂成形品であって、
非意匠面に形成されているゲート跡と、
ゲートから注入された樹脂の流れに対して交差するように設けられているステップと、を有し、
当該樹脂成形品は、前記非意匠面を平面視した場合における、前記ゲート跡から最も遠い前記樹脂成形品の端部と前記ゲート跡との直線距離をL[mm]、当該樹脂成形品の厚みをt[mm]とすると、L/tが185以上となるように構成されており、
前記ステップの接線角は5~30°であり、
前記ステップは、前記カバーの透明な意匠面の裏面側に形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 射出成形で製造された樹脂成形品であって、
非意匠面に形成されているゲート跡と、
ゲートから注入された樹脂の流れに対して交差するように設けられているステップと、を有し、
当該樹脂成形品は、前記非意匠面を平面視した場合における、前記ゲート跡から最も遠い前記樹脂成形品の端部と前記ゲート跡との直線距離をL[mm]、当該樹脂成形品の厚みをt[mm]とすると、L/tが185以上となるように構成されており、
前記ステップの接線角は5~30°であり、
前記ステップは、凹部の底の曲率半径Rが0.2mm以上であることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 射出成形で製造された樹脂成形品であって、
非意匠面に形成されているゲート跡と、
ゲートから注入された樹脂の流れに対して交差するように設けられているステップと、を有し、
当該樹脂成形品は、前記非意匠面を平面視した場合における、前記ゲート跡から最も遠い前記樹脂成形品の端部と前記ゲート跡との直線距離をL[mm]、当該樹脂成形品の厚みをt[mm]とすると、L/tが185以上となるように構成されており、
前記ステップの接線角は5~30°であり、
当該樹脂成形品の厚みtが1.0~2.7mmであることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 前記ステップは、凹部の底の曲率半径Rが0.2mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 当該樹脂成形品の厚みtが1.0~2.7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 長手方向が450mm以上の部品であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品。
- 前記ステップは、該ステップの長手方向と樹脂が流れる方向との成す角が60~90°となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品。
