本发明涉及树脂成形品。
背景技术
以往,已知有使用射出成形的树脂成形品。树脂成形品用于各种领域中,例如,被用作车辆用灯具的透明罩、透镜等部件。另外,对于这样的部件,从轻量化以及降低材料成本的观点来看,谋求薄壁化。
但是,如果想要通过射出成形制造薄壁的部件,则由于相比于厚壁的部件冷却速度较快,因此需要将树脂材料高速地填充在模具内。因此,根据模具的内表面形状不同存在以下情况,即,被高速填充的树脂不能跟随模具内表面的凹凸而在凹凸的部分产生树脂的未填充部分。
在该未填充部分,包含在空气以及熔化树脂中的水分以及挥发成分作为气体存在,如果树脂的射出进展,则未填充部分被压缩,从而气体沿成形面向模具外逸出。并且,存在该气体逸出时的痕迹作为银纹(银条的条纹)出现在成形品的表面导致外光性降低的情况。
在此,为了抑制这样的条纹的产生,考虑以下前面罩,即,在透光性前面罩的一部分的表面侧设有浇口痕迹,同时在与背面侧的所述浇口痕迹正对的位置设有未形成滚花状凹凸的连续面。

但是,本申请发明者专心研究的结果,发现在树脂成形品的表面设置的凹凸形状较大地影响了所述条纹的产生,从而想到通过对树脂成形品的凹凸形状加以设计而能够抑制条纹产生的可能性。
发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
本发明是鉴于这种情况作出的,其示例的目的之一在于,提供一种抑制使用了射出成形的树脂成形品的外观恶化的新技术。
用于解决技术问题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明的一实施方式的树脂成形品为通过射出成形制造的树脂成形品,具有:形成在非外观面的浇口痕迹、和以相对于从浇口注入的树脂的流动交叉的方式设置的台阶。该树脂成形品构成为,如果将从浇口痕迹到该树脂成形品的端部的树脂的流动距离设为L[mm]、将该树脂成形品的厚度设为t[mm],则L/t在185以上,台阶的切线角为5~30°。
根据该实施方式,在树脂以相对于台阶交叉的方式流动时,树脂变得容易追随台阶的形状来填充。因此,例如,能够抑制台阶的凹部残留的空气在被排除之时成为痕迹而使树脂成形品的外观面的外观恶化。
台阶可以形成在透明的外观面。由此,在外观恶化容易变得明显的透明的外观面,能够抑制外观恶化。
所述台阶可以是凹部的底的曲率半径R在0.2mm以上。由此,在填充树脂时,变得更容易追随台阶的形状。
该树脂成形品的厚度t可以为1.0~2.7mm。由此,相对于在射出成形时需要高速填充的薄壁的树脂成形品,能够抑制外观恶化。
可以为长度方向在450mm以上的部件。由此,相对于在射出成形时需要高速填充的大型的树脂成形品,能够抑制外观恶化。
台阶可以以该台阶的长度方向与树脂流动方向所成的角为60~90°的方式形成。或者,台阶可以以该台阶的长度方向与树脂流动方向所成的角为75~90°的方式形成。由此,即使为外观容易恶化的台阶的配置,也由于能够抑制外观恶化,从而提高台阶的配置的自由度。
需要说明的是,将以上的构成要件的任意组合、本发明的表达在方法、装置、系统等之间进行转换而得到的,也作为本发明的方式是有效的。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够抑制使用了射出成形的树脂成形品的外观恶化。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是在附图说明中对相同要素标上相同的附图标记,适当省略重复的说明。
本实施方式的树脂成形品适于薄壁且大型的透光性部件,例如,可用作构成车辆用灯具的透明的前面罩。以下,以车辆用灯具的前面罩为例对本实施方式的树脂成形品进行说明。
图1是本实施方式的前面罩的主视图。图2是图1所示的前面罩的A-A剖视图。图3是图2所示的前面罩的区域B的放大剖视图。
前面罩10是通过射出成形制作的树脂成形品,由轻量且强度好的透明明合成树脂(例如,聚碳酸酯树脂或丙烯酸树脂)构成。如图1或图2所示,前面罩10具有:作为外观面区域的前面部12、和从前面部12的外周向后方弯曲地延伸的环状的周缘部14。
周缘部14由从前面部12的外周向后方弯曲地延伸的环状的立壁16和在立壁16的后端部向外方弯曲地延伸的凸缘部18构成。就凸缘部18而言,在前面罩10的左右侧面以及上面中的宽度(从立壁16延伸的延伸长度)较窄地形成,在下面中的宽度较宽地形成。并且,前面罩10以覆盖灯室的前表面整体的方式经由凸缘部18安装在灯体上。
在前面部12的缘部12a的背面12b以及立壁16的前面部侧的背面16a,在图2的符号D所示的范围内,设有滚花状凹凸20(具体来说,半圆型的滚花山20a在前面部12的周向等间距地连续的平纹滚花),非外观面即立壁16以及凸缘部18以不成为透明状态(成为非透明形态)的方式构成。
另外,在图1所示的前面罩10的主视图中,在下方的凸缘部18的表面的左右方向中央部,设有由后述的模具(参照图4)成形前面罩10时附着的浇口痕迹2。需要说明的是,虽然图1所示的浇口痕迹22设在凸缘部18的表面的左右方向中央部,但如果使浇口痕迹22为将浇口位置设在凸缘部18的下端部的边浇口,则变得难以从外观面的正面方向目视确认浇口痕迹。
接着,参照图4对将作为本实施方式的射出树脂成形品的前面罩10成形的模具装置24进行说明。图4是将本实施方式的前面罩射出成形的模具装置的纵剖视图。
模具装置24由固定侧的腔体侧模具26和相对于腔体侧模具26能够在接近远离方向移动的可动侧的芯体侧模具28构成,通过对腔体侧模具26和芯体侧模具28进行闭模,由腔体侧模具26的成形面30以及芯体侧模具28的成形面32划分出与前面罩10对应的腔体C。腔体C的主要部分的厚度t在2~5mm的范围内,更优选的是不足3.0mm。
在腔体侧模具26配设有在腔体C的前面罩10的规定位置(与下方的凸缘部18的左右方向中央部对应的位置)开口的热流道34。在热流道34的朝向腔体C的开口部设有阀浇口36。阀浇口36具备能够在将热流道34内插通的轴向上进退动作的阀销36a,通过使阀销36a进退能够开关阀浇口36。
在划分成腔体C的芯体侧模具28的成形面32中的、与前面部12的缘部12a的背面12b对应区域以及与立壁16的前面部侧的背面16a对应的区域(图4的符号D’所示的范围)形成有用于将上述的滚花状凹凸20成形的凹凸部。图5是用于形成本实施方式的台阶的模具成形面的凹凸部的放大图。
如图5所示,在芯体侧模具28的成形面32的一部分形成有用于成形滚花状凹凸20的凹凸部38(凹槽38a以及凸条38b)。需要说明的是,凹槽38a与滚花山20a对应,凹槽38a的间距以及深度与滚花山20a的间距p以及深度h。
接着,对模具内树脂填充的情形进行说明。图6(a)~图6(d)用于说明高速进行射出成形时的腔内的树脂的追随性的示意图。
如果在成形面32的一部分形成有凹凸部38(38a,38b),则从阀浇口36向腔体C射出的树脂40不能相对于凹凸部38(凸条38b)顺利地流动,在凹槽38a产生树脂的未填充部分42。如果滞留在未填充部分42的空气与在之后填充进的树脂40一起在一定时机下从凹槽38a排出,则使银纹作为痕迹产生。
本实施方式的前面罩10具有滚花状凹凸20,滚花状凹凸20作为以相对于从阀浇口36注入的树脂40的流动交叉的方式设置的台阶,构成为如果将从浇口痕迹22到前面罩10的端部10a的树脂的流动距离设为L[mm](参照图1)、前面罩10的主要部分的厚度设为t[mm](参照图2),则L/t成为185以上。
在这样的形状及尺寸的前面罩10中,本发明者们专心研究的结果,发现优选的是,如图5所示,台阶的切线角θ为5~30°。在此,可以说,切线角θ是指如图5所示的纸面那样在相对于凹槽38a延伸的方向垂直的面中,经过凹凸部38的凸条38b的顶点,沿凹槽38a的底面形状的切线与成形面32所成的角。换言之,也可以说,如图3所示的纸面那样在相对于滚花山20a延伸方向垂直的面中,经过滚花山20a之间的最深部20b,沿滚花山20a的表面形状的切线与背面12b所成的角。
根据本发明者们的研究,在主要部分的厚度t为2mm、L/t为240的薄壁树脂成形品的成形中,如果是切线角θ为25°或30°的滚花状凹凸20(成形面32的凹凸部38),则抑制在前面部12的外观面产生银纹。另一方面,在切线角θ为35°的条件下使薄壁树脂成形品成形的情况下,容易产生银纹。
这样,通过将台阶的切线角设为5~30°,在树脂40以相对于成形面32的凹凸部38交叉的方式流动时,树脂40变得容易追随台阶的形状来填充。因此,例如,能够抑制在台阶的凹槽38a内残留的空气被排出之时成为痕迹而使前面罩10的外观面的外观恶化。
另外,如图3所示,滚花山20a的一部分形成在作为透明外观面的前面部12的缘部12a的背面12b侧。本实施方式的前面罩10,即使在这样的外观恶化容易变得明显的透明的外观面,也能够抑制外观恶化。
另外,滚花山20a为凹部的底(最深部20b)的曲率半径R为0.2mm以上。更优选的是,曲率半径R为0.5mm以上。由此,在填充树脂40之时变得更容易追随芯体侧模具28的凹凸部38的形状。
另外,本实施方式的前面罩10的主要部分的厚度t为1.0~2.7mm。优选的是,厚度t可以为2~2.5mm。由此,相对于射出成形时需要高速填充的薄壁的前面罩10,能够抑制外观恶化。另外,通过设为薄壁,能够实现部件的轻量化、降低材料成本、提高光线的透射率等。
另外,本实施方式的前面罩10是长度方向的长度为450mm以上的部件。由此,相对于射出成形时需要高速填充的大型的前面罩10,能够抑制外观恶化。
另外,滚花状凹凸20以滚花状凹凸20的长度方向与树脂40流动方向所成的角为60~90°、优选的是70~90°的方式形成。由此,即使为外观容易恶化的台阶的配置,也由于能够抑制外观恶化,从而提高台阶的配置或形状的自由度。
另外,滚花状凹凸20(凹凸部38)的间距p可以在1~2mm的范围内,山的高度(槽的深度)h可以在0.1~0.3mm的范围内。另外,滚花山20a(凹槽38a)的曲率R1为1~2mm。需要说明的是,台阶的形状不限于滚花状凹凸20(凹凸部38),例如,也可以包括纵肋、边台阶这样的具有凹凸的形状。
以上,参照上述实施方式对本发明进行说明,但本发明不限于上述实施方式,对实施方式的构成进行适当组合后或置换后的也包含在本发明中。另外,基于本领域技术人员的知识能够对实施方式的组合或处理的顺序进行适当组合更换、或对实施方式添加各种设计变更等变形,添加这样的变形后的实施方式也可以包含在发明的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种树脂成形品,该树脂成形品通过射出成形制造,其特征在于,具有:
作为外观面区域的前面部;
从所述前面部的外周向后方弯曲地延伸的环状的周缘部;
形成在非外观面的浇口痕迹;
以相对于从浇口注入的树脂的流动交叉的方式设置的台阶;
该树脂成形品构成为,如果将从所述浇口痕迹到该树脂成形品的端部的树脂的流动距离设为L、将该树脂成形品的厚度设为t,则L/t在185以上,
所述台阶的切线角为5~30°。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂成形品,其特征在于,
所述台阶形成在透明的外观面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的树脂成形品,其特征在于,
所述台阶的凹部的底的曲率半径R在0.2mm以上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的树脂成形品,其特征在于,
该树脂成形品的厚度t为1.0~2.7mm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的树脂成形品,其特征在于,
所述树脂成形品为长度方向的长度为450mm以上的部件。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的树脂成形品,其特征在于,
所述台阶以该台阶的长度方向与树脂流动方向所成的角为60~90°的方式形成。
