Description
Claims (9)
- 掃気式竪型ミルであって、
微粉および粗粒に粉砕すべき原料を有する回転式の粉砕台(2)、ならびに前記原料を粉砕する粉砕ローラ(5)と、
前記粉砕台(2)を取り囲み、高温の輸送ガスを上方へ流すブレードリングとして設計されたリング(3)と、
前記掃気式竪型ミル(1)の上部領域内に設けられた分級機(7)、および再循環される粗粒のために下に配置された戻り円錐体(8)と、
前記粉砕ローラ(5)の上に設けられ、前記高温の輸送ガスによって上方へ案内される前記微粉および粗粒の温度を所定の排出温度まで低減させるための冷却ガス(K)を供給するデバイス(10)であって、前記掃気式竪型ミル(1)の前記上部領域内で、ハウジング(4)に、またはハウジング(4)内に円周方向にリング状に設けられるデバイス(10)と、
を有する掃気式竪型ミルにおいて、
前記デバイス(10)が、前記冷却ガス(K)の均等な実質上径方向の導入のために複数のチャネル状セグメント(20)を有し、前記複数のチャネル状セグメント(20)が、前記掃気式竪型ミル(1)の前記ハウジング(4)の円周に沿って等間隔で配置され、かつ供給される前記冷却ガス(K)に対する入口開口(21)と、内側に配向される複数の側面出口開口(22、23)とをそれぞれ有し、
隣り合う前記チャネル状セグメント(20)が、互いに当接するように相互連結され、またはそれぞれの連結セグメント(31)を介して円形リング状に間隔をあけて配置される、
ことを特徴とする掃気式竪型ミル。 - 請求項1に記載の掃気式竪型ミルであって、
前記チャネル状セグメント(20)の前記入口開口(21)の面積が、当該チャネル状セグメント(20)の前記複数の側面出口開口(22、23)の面積の合計にほぼ対応し、またはわずかに大きくなるように設計される、
ことを特徴とする掃気式竪型ミル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の掃気式竪型ミルであって、
前記チャネル状セグメント(20)の前記入口開口(21)が、前記冷却ガス(K)の流れを調節するための制御可能なシャッタフラップ(33)を有する、
ことを特徴とする掃気式竪型ミル。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の掃気式竪型ミルであって、
前記冷却ガス(K)が、新鮮な空気、冷却された空気、または冷却処理空気である、
ことを特徴とする掃気式竪型ミル。 - 掃気式竪型ミルであって、
微粉および粗粒に粉砕すべき原料を有する回転式の粉砕台(2)、ならびに前記原料を粉砕する粉砕ローラ(5)と、
前記粉砕台(2)を取り囲み、高温の輸送ガスを上方へ流すブレードリングとして設計されたリング(3)と、
前記掃気式竪型ミル(1)の上部領域内に設けられた分級機(7)、および再循環される粗粒のために下に配置された戻り円錐体(8)と、
前記掃気式竪型ミル(1)の前記上部領域内において前記粉砕ローラ(5)の上に、ハウジング(4)に、またはハウジング(4)内に円周方向にリング状に設けられ、前記高温の輸送ガスによって上方へ案内される前記微粉および粗粒の温度を所定の排出温度まで低減させるための冷却ガス(K)を供給するデバイス(10)であって、前記冷却ガス(K)の均等な実質上径方向の導入のために、前記ハウジング(4)の円周に沿って等間隔で配置された複数のチャネル状セグメント(20)を有するデバイス(10)と、
を有する掃気式竪型ミル(1)の前記チャネル状セグメント(20)であって、
当該チャネル状セグメント(20)はそれぞれ、供給される前記冷却ガス(K)に対する入口開口(21)と、内側に配向される複数の側面出口開口(22、23)とを有し、
前記チャネル状セグメント(20)が、前記冷却ガス(K)に対する前記入口開口(21)から当該チャネル状セグメント(20)の閉端(24)に向かう先細りした形であり、部分リング状の内側円弧セグメントを有し、
前記冷却ガス(K)に対する前記複数の側面出口開口(22、23)が、前記部分リング状の内側円弧セグメント内に設けられる、
ことを特徴とするチャネル状セグメント。 - 請求項5に記載のチャネル状セグメントであって、当該チャネル状セグメント(20)が尖ったくさび形(28)であることを特徴とするチャネル状セグメント。
- 請求項5に記載のチャネル状セグメントであって、
前記複数の側面出口開口(22、23)のそれぞれが、互いにほぼ等しい開口面積を有する、
ことを特徴とするチャネル状セグメント。 - 請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載のチャネル状セグメントであって、
前記入口開口(21)が、ほぼ方形、特に正方形または円形になるように設計され、
制御可能なシャッタフラップ(33)によって、前記入口開口の横断面を変化させることができる、
ことを特徴とするチャネル状セグメント。 - 請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の、ともに構築された複数のチャネル状セグメント(20)を有する、冷却ガス(K)を供給するデバイス。
