(a)ポリ(ブチレンアジペート/テレフタレート)
(b)式(1)に示す構成の環状エステル化合物
前記の耐酸化剤はヒンダードアミン類耐酸化剤、ヒンダードフェノール類耐酸化剤またはホスファイト類耐酸化剤のいずれかまたは複数であり、具体的に1010、168、1076、445、1098のいずれかまたは2種以上の混合物があげられる。
前記の耐衝撃変性剤はPTW、スチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体SEBSのいずれかまたは2種の混合物である。
T%:ブチレンテレフタレートユニットの含量
S8.1:1H NMRスペクトログラムにおける8.1ppm箇所の吸収ピーク面積
S2.3:1H NMRスペクトログラム中2.3ppm箇所の吸収ピーク面積
実施例1−15及び比較例1−3を以下に説明する。
(1)成形品耐用期間の評価方法:
PBAT組成物製成形品を温度60℃、湿度60%の恒温恒湿チャンバーに設置し、湿熱劣化測定を行い、3日ごとにサンプリングし、成形品の縦向き及び横向きの引裂き性を測定し、縦向き及び横向きの引裂き性が50%程度に減衰したら、サンプルの半減期に達したことになる。半減期が短ければ短いほどPBAT成形品の耐用期間が短い。
(2)成形品表面外観性能の評価方法:
2mmの射出成形色板を95℃、濃度95%のエタノール溶液に設置して240時間に蒸したり、煮たりしてから環境温度(23±2)℃、相対湿度45〜55%の標準的な実験室に設置し、48時間に調節してから測色計で処理前後の色板のL値の変化ΔLを測定する。ΔL大きければ大きいほど表面析出物が多く、表面外観性能が悪い。
(3)環状エステル化合物の測定方法:
正確にPBAT樹脂組成物の1.2000gを量って25mlのフラスコに入れ、クロロホルムを入れて溶解させ、PBAT樹脂組成物が完全に溶解してから容積を決め、GC-MSによって調製した溶液における環状エステル化合物のピーク面積を測定し、調製した溶液における環状エステル化合物のピーク面積及び環状エステル化合物の標準曲線によりPBAT樹脂組成物における環状エステル化合物の含量を取得できる。標準曲線は環状エステル化合物/クロロホルム溶液に対する測定により作成する。
Claims (8)
- 前記の環状エステル化合物の重量含量を下記の方法で測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPBAT樹脂組成物であって、正確にBAT樹脂組成物の1.2000gを量って25mlのフラスコに入れ、クロロホルムを入れて溶解させ、PBAT樹脂組成物が完全に溶解してから容積を決め、GC-MSにより調製した溶液における環状エステル化合物のピーク面積を測定し、調製した溶液における環状エステル化合物のピーク面積及び環状エステル化合物の標準曲線によりPBAT樹脂組成物における環状エステル化合物の含量を算出する;標準曲線は環状エステル化合物/クロロホルム溶液に対する測定により作成する、PBAT樹脂組成物。
- PBAT樹脂組成物の総重量において、環状エステル化合物の重量含量が80〜1250ppm、望ましくは180〜850ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
- 前記のポリ(ブチレンアジペート/テレフタレート)樹脂におけるブチレンテレフタレートユニットの重量含量T%が35〜65wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
- 前記のポリ(ブチレンアジペート/テレフタレート)樹脂のメルトインデックスが規格GB/T 3682-2000に従い、温度が190℃、負荷が5Kgである場合に8g/10分〜25g/10分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
- 前記のPBAT樹脂組成物が他の添加剤も含み、前記の他の添加剤が更に耐酸化剤、光安定剤、耐衝撃変性剤、難燃剤、蛍光増白剤、潤滑剤、可塑剤、帯電防止剤、離型剤及び顔料のような他の添加剤もいずれか一つまたは複数を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
- 前記のPBAT樹脂組成物が温度60℃、湿度60%の恒温恒湿チャンバーで湿熱劣化を行われた場合の半減期が50日よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
- 前記のPBAT樹脂組成物を40℃で95%のエタノールで240時間に煮られた際のΔL値が≦0.60であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のPBAT樹脂組成物。
