・ 接着剤混合物を膨張したマイクロバルーンもろとも、ロールコータ内で1つの層へと成形し、
・ 場合によっては、接着剤混合物を膨張したマイクロバルーンもろとも、シート状の支持材料またはリリース材料上に施す。
・ ポリマー、樹脂、または充填剤のような、接着剤を形成するための構成要素を、第1の混合ユニット内で混合し、
・ 混合された、とりわけ均質な接着剤を、第1の混合ユニットから第2の混合ユニットに移し、同時に第2の混合ユニットに未膨張マイクロバルーンを供給し、

・ 接着剤混合物を膨張したマイクロバルーンもろとも、ロールコータ内で1つの層へと成形し、
・ 場合によっては、接着剤混合物を膨張したマイクロバルーンもろとも、シート状の支持材料またはリリース材料上に施す。
・ 第1の混合ユニットが、連続式ユニット、とりわけ遊星ロール押出機、二軸スクリュー押出機、もしくはピン押出機であり、
・ 第1の混合ユニットが、不連続式ユニット、とりわけZブレード混錬機もしくは密閉式混合機であり、
・ 第2の混合ユニットが、遊星ロール押出機、一軸もしくは二軸スクリュー押出機、もしくはピン押出機であり、かつ/または
・ 接着剤を膨張したマイクロバルーンもろとも1つの支持層へと成形する成形ユニットが、カレンダー機、ロールコータ、もしくはロールと不動のドクターブレードとによって形成された間隙である。
例
例1〜例3
・ z平面での衝撃負荷は、マイクロバルーン含有率が増すにつれて上昇する(落球)。
・ x、y平面での衝撃負荷は、マイクロバルーン含有率が増すにつれて上昇し、マイクロバルーン含有率が1.5重量%の場合に最大値を観察することができる(横衝撃靭性)。
・ 剥離力は、マイクロバルーン含有率が増すにつれて、衝撃負荷耐性が上昇するにもかかわらず低下する。
例4〜例7
・ 0.5重量%のマイクロバルーン含有率で既に、衝撃負荷耐性の明らかな改善を測定することができる(落球)。
・ 衝撃負荷耐性は、マイクロバルーン含有率が増すにつれて上昇する。
・ ストリップ力は、マイクロバルーン含有率が増すにつれて低下する。
例8〜例9
・ 発泡した三層構造は、相変わらず高い衝撃負荷耐性を示しており、180°および90°の剥離角度での裂け目はない。
・ 発泡した三層構造は、90°の剥離角度では、同じ厚さの未発泡の三層構造より引裂きに強い。
すべての測定は、別に提示がない限り、23℃および相対湿度50%で実施した。
復元力を測定するため、感圧接着細長片を100%伸ばし、この伸び率で30秒間保持し、それから緩めた。1分の待ち時間の後、改めて長さを測定した。

引裂伸び、引張強度、および伸び率50%での応力は、DIN 53504に依拠して、サイズS3のダンベル試験片を使用し、1分当たり300mmの分離速度で測定した。試験雰囲気は23℃および相対湿度50%であった。
剥離力(ストリップ力またはストリップ応力)は、上端に感圧接着性でないつまみ領域を備えた長さ50mm×幅20mmの寸法の接着材料フィルムを用いて確定した。この接着材料フィルムを、50mm×30mmの寸法の互いに完全に等しく配置された2つのスチールプレートの間に、それぞれ50ニュートンの押圧力で貼り付けた。このスチールプレートの下端には、S字形スチールフックを掛けるための穴が1つずつある。スチールフックの下端には、さらなるスチールプレートが装着されており、このスチールプレートで、引張試験機の下側の締付け具に、試験構成を測定のために固定することができる。貼付物を24時間の期間、+40℃で貯蔵する。室温にコンディショニングし直した後、接着フィルム細長片を、1分当たり1000mmの引張速度で、貼付面に平行に、および両方のスチールプレートの縁領域に接触せずに剥がし取る。その際、必要な剥離力をニュートン(N)で測定する。接着細長片がスチール下地から、貼付長さ10mm〜40mmの間で剥離されている範囲内で測定したストリップ応力値(mm2当たりのN)の平均値を提示している。
試験すべき接着テープから、幅10mmおよび長さ40mmの細長片をダイカット加工する。これらの細長片を30mmの長さで、エタノールでコンディショニングしたPCプレートに接着し、したがって10mm長のつまみ部が突き出る。貼り付けた細長片の第2の面に第2のPCプレートを接着し、詳しくは、両方のPCプレートが揃って重なり合うように接着する。この複合体の上で、4kgのローラを10回転がす(5往復)。24時間の養生期間の後、つまみ部を利用して細長片を手で
a)90°の角度および
b)180°の角度で、
接着接合部からストリップする。
接着樹脂軟化温度を、環球法として公知であり、かつASTM E28に基づいて規格化されている該当する方法に基づいて実施する。
DACPはジアセトン曇り点であり、樹脂5gと、キシレン5gと、ジアセトンアルコール5gとの加熱した溶液を、溶液が曇る時点まで冷却することによって決定する。
試験すべき接着テープから、正方形でフレーム形の試料を切り取った(外寸33mm×33mm;桟幅3.0mm;内寸(窓切り抜き部)27mm×27mm)。この試料をABSフレーム(外寸50mm×50mm;桟幅12.5mm;内寸(窓切り抜き部)25mm×25mm;厚さ3mm)上に接着した。両面接着テープのもう一方の面に、35mm×35mmのPMMA窓を接着した。ABSフレームと、接着テープフレームと、PMMA窓との貼付は、幾何学的中心および対角線がそれぞれ重なり合うように行った(角の上に角)。貼付面積は360mm2であった。貼付物を10barで5秒間プレスし、それから24時間、23℃/相対湿度50%のコンディションで貯蔵した。
E=高さ[m]×球重量[kg]×9.81kg/m・s2
プッシュアウト試験により、フレーム形物体内の部品、例えばハウジング内の窓の貼付の耐性がどのくらい高いかについてのデータを獲得できる。
試験すべき接着テープから、正方形でフレーム形の試料を切り取った(外寸33mm×33mm;桟幅3.0mm;内寸(窓切り抜き部)27mm×27mm)。この試料をABSフレーム(外寸45mm×45mm;桟幅10mm;内寸(窓切り抜き部)25mm×25mm;厚さ3mm)上に接着した。両面接着テープのもう一方の面に、35mm×35mmのPMMA窓を接着した。ABSフレームと、接着テープフレームと、PMMA窓との貼付は、幾何学的中心および対角線がそれぞれ重なり合うように行った(角の上に角)。貼付面積は360mm2であった。貼付物を10barで5秒間プレスし、それから24時間、23℃/相対湿度50%のコンディションで貯蔵した。
E[J]=高さ[m]×おもり質量[kg]×9.81kg/m・s2
(AFERA 5001に基づく)接着力の決定は以下のように実施する。規定の被接着下地として、ガルバニック処理により亜鉛メッキされた厚さ2mmの鋼板(Rocholl GmbH社から購入)またはポリエチレンブロックを用いる。試験すべき貼付可能な面要素を、幅20mmおよび長さ約25cmに裁断し、取扱い部を設け、その後すぐに、4kgのスチールローラで、10m/minの送りで、それぞれ選択した被接着下地に5回押し付ける。その直後に、引張試験機(Zwick社)を用い、貼付可能な面要素を180°の角度で被接着下地から速度v=300mm/minで引き剥がし、このために室温で必要な力を測定する。測定値(N/cm)は、3回の個別の測定からの平均値としてもたらされる。
ガラス転移点(同義的にガラス転移温度と言う)は、DIN 53 765;とりわけ7.1章および8.1章に基づいた、ただしすべての加熱ステップおよび冷却ステップにおいて画一的な10K/minの加熱率および冷却率での(DIN 53 765;7.1章;注1を参照)、示差走査熱量測定DDK(英語Dynamic Scanning Calorimetry;DSC)による測定の結果として提示される。試料の規定量は20mgである。
Claims (19)
- 接着剤層を含み、実質的に貼付面での伸長延伸により残留物および破壊なく再剥離可能な感圧接着細長片であって、接着剤層が、ビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマーおよび接着樹脂をベースとして構成された感圧接着剤から成っており、これに関しては(樹脂割合全体に対して)少なくとも75重量%で、DACP(ジアセトンアルコール曇り点)が−20℃超、軟化温度(環球式)が70℃以上の樹脂が選択され、かつ感圧接着剤が発泡しており、
接着剤がマイクロバルーンを、接着剤の組成全体に対して0.5〜3.5重量%の間で含有し、
接着樹脂として、室温で液体の樹脂をさらに含む、
感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着剤としては、主としてビニル芳香族によって形成されたポリマーブロック(Aブロック)ならびに主として1,3−ジエンの重合によって形成されたポリマーブロック(Bブロック)または両方のポリマーブロックから成るコポリマーを含有するブロックコポリマーをベースとする感圧接着剤が用いられる
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の感圧接着細長片。 - ビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマーとしては、A−B、A−B−A、(A−B)n、(A−B)nX、または(A−B−A)nXの構造をもつブロックコポリマーの形態での少なくとも1種の合成ゴム
式中、
− ブロックAは、互いに独立して、少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族の重合によって形成されたポリマーを表しており、
− ブロックBは、互いに独立して、4〜18個のC原子を有する共役ジエンおよび/もしくはイソブチレンの重合によって形成されたポリマーまたはそのようなポリマーの部分的もしくは完全に水素化された誘導体を表しており、
− Xは、カップリング試薬または開始剤の残基を表しており、かつ
− nは、整数≧2を表している
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の感圧接着細長片。 - ブロックAを形成するためのビニル芳香族が、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、および/またはそのほかのスチレン誘導体を含む
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - ブロックBのためのモノマーが、ブタジエン、イソプレン、エチルブタジエン、フェニルブタジエン、ピペリレン、ペンタジエン、ヘキサジエン、エチルヘキサジエン、およびジメチルブタジエン、ならびにこれらモノマーの任意の混合物から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着剤全体に対するビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマーの割合が、合計で少なくとも20重量%であり、同時に最大で75重量%である
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着剤が、接着樹脂を感圧接着剤の総重量に対して20〜60重量%で含有している
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 接着樹脂が、少なくとも75重量%で、炭化水素樹脂またはテルペン樹脂またはその混合物である
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 接着剤が下記の組成:
・ ビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマー 20〜75重量%
・ 接着樹脂 24.6〜60重量%
・ マイクロバルーン 0.5〜3.5重量%
・ 添加剤 0.2〜10重量%
から成っている
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 接着剤が下記の組成:
・ ビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマー 35〜65重量%
・ 接着樹脂 34.6〜45重量%
・ マイクロバルーン 0.5〜3.5重量%
・ 添加剤 0.2〜10重量%
から成っている
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 接着剤が下記の組成:
・ ビニル芳香族系ブロックコポリマー 30〜75重量%
・ 接着樹脂 24.8〜60重量%

請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 発泡した感圧接着剤の絶対密度が、350〜990kg/m 3 であり、かつ/または相対密度が、0.35〜0.99である
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着剤が支持体上に施されている(片面または両面で)場合、発泡した感圧接着剤の絶対密度が、220〜990kg/m 3 であり、かつ/または相対密度が、0.20〜0.99の間である
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着細長片が一層で実施されており、その際、感圧接着細長片の厚さが20μm〜2000μmである
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 感圧接着細長片が支持体を有しており、支持体の片面または両面で感圧接着剤が施されており、第1および第2の接着剤層が同一の組成を有しており、支持体の厚さが20〜60μmの間で、かつ支持体上の同一の接着剤層の厚さがそれぞれ20〜60μmの間である
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 支持体が、少なくとも100%の引裂伸び、および50%超の復元力を有する
ことを特徴とする、
請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。 - 蓄電池のような部品、および携帯電話のような電子機器を貼り付けるための請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片の使用。
- 室温で液体の樹脂の含有割合が接着剤の組成全体に対して2.9〜10重量%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の感圧接着細長片。
