Claims (20)
- プラスチック材料から成る容器製品を製造する装置において、
前記装置は、
プラスチック材料から成る容器製品を形成する、相対的に移動可能な複数の個別型部分を有するブロー成形装置であって、前記ブロー成形装置は、前記容器製品を形成、充填及び閉鎖するために、規定可能な容器内容物で容器を充填する充填装置を有し、かつ、前記容器を充填した後に閉鎖する閉鎖装置を有し、前記ブロー成形装置において、前記複数の個別型部分の各々が、前記型部分を閉鎖及び開放するために対を成して互いに接近する方向及び互いに離反する方向に運動できる、ブロー成形装置と、
前記容器内容物への温度に影響を与える作用を加える、前記閉鎖装置の下流にある後処理ゾーン内の温度制御装置とを備える、プラスチック材料から成る容器製品を製造する装置。 - 前記温度制御装置は、少なくとも20秒の時間にわたって前記容器製品を冷却し、かつ前記容器の充填時と同じ前記容器製品の配向を維持する対流冷却装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度制御装置は、冷却装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記複数の個別型部分内の前記容器製品の閉鎖製造段階における7秒未満の滞留時間を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度制御装置は、前記容器製品に冷却空気流を向ける冷却空気流を生成するための装置を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却空気流を生成するための装置は、圧縮冷却空気を前記冷却空気流として指向する流れ誘導装置を有している、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却装置は、前記容器製品を搬送するための貫通路と、該貫通路を少なくとも部分的に仕切るトンネル壁とを備えた冷却トンネルを有し、該トンネル壁は、該トンネル壁を貫流する冷媒によって冷却される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却装置は、流動する液体窒素又は液体空気の少なくとも一方を備えた槽を有する深温凍結装置を備えている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記温度制御装置は、前記容器製品を前進させる搬送装置であって、複数の搬送エレメントを貫流する冷媒によって冷却される、複数の搬送エレメントを有する、搬送装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記温度制御装置は、前記容器製品に冷却作用を施し、かつ、該容器製品が後処理ゾーンにあり時間ほぼ全体にわたって該容器製品を同じ配向で維持する、冷却装置を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ブロー成形され充填された容器製品を製造する方法において、
その中で容器が成形される製造型を閉鎖及び開放するために対を成して互いに接近する方向及び互いに離反する方向に運動させられる、水平な軸線の回りで回転可能である複数の個別型部分を有する製造型内で成形装置においてブロー成形によって、プラスチック材料から容器を形成するステップと、
容器内容物で容器を充填しつつ前記容器が前記複数の個別型部分の中にあるステップと、
前記容器製品を製造するために、前記容器内容物で容器を充填しつつ前記容器が前記複数の個別型部分の中にあるステップの後に、前記容器を閉鎖するステップと、
前記容器を閉鎖した後に前記容器製品を前記複数の個別型部分から垂直軸線に沿って排出するステップと、
前記容器製品を、前記成形装置の出口個所の下流にありかつ前記垂直方向に延びている、後処理ゾーンへ供給するステップと、
前記垂直軸線に沿って延びており、かつ、圧縮冷却空気を冷却空気流として指向する流れ誘導装置を用いて前記容器製品に冷却空気流を向ける、冷却空気発生器と、
前記垂直軸線に沿って延びている冷却トンネルであって、トンネル壁を貫流する冷媒によって冷却されている、前記冷却トンネルのトンネル壁内で前記容器製品を前記垂直軸線に沿って搬送するための貫通路を備えた冷却トンネルと、
前記垂直軸線に沿って延びている深温凍結装置であって、少なくとも流動する液体窒素又は液体空気を備えている又は前記垂直軸線に沿って延びている槽を有する、又は、前記垂直軸線に沿って延びている搬送装置であって、複数の搬送エレメントを貫流する冷媒によって冷却される、複数の搬送エレメントを有する、搬送装置を備える、深温凍結装置を備える深温凍結装置との内の少なくとも1つによって、
前記容器製品が前記後処理ゾーンを全体的に通過する時に前記容器製品を冷却するステップとを備える、方法。 - 前記容器製品が前記後処理ゾーンの内部で対流冷却される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品が少なくとも20秒にわたって対流冷却される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品が、該容器の充填時と同じ配向で維持される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品が、該容器の充填時と同じ配向で維持される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品が、前記後処理ゾーンの内部で冷却される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の個別型部分内の閉鎖の後の前記容器製品の滞留時間が7秒未満に調節される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品の冷却は、圧縮冷却空気を前記容器製品に指向することによって行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品の冷却が、前記容器製品を、冷媒が貫流するトンネル壁を有する冷却トンネルを通過させることによって冷却される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記容器製品の冷却が、前記容器製品を、前記成形装置から、複数の搬送エレメントを貫流する冷媒によって冷却された複数の搬送エレメントによって搬送することによって行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
