Description
本発明に係る点火コイルの製造方法は、樹脂組成物調整工程と、樹脂組成物を硬化する硬化処理工程と、を含む。
層状珪酸塩として合成マイカ(ME−100、平均粒径5.6〜7.6μm、アスペクト比56〜76、コープケミカル(株)製)を用い、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂(JER828、三菱化学(株)製)100質量部と、酸無水物(MHAC−P、日立化成(株)製)100質量部と、硬化促進剤(DBU、サンアプロ(株)製)1.7質量部とを添加した後、撹拌混合及び真空脱泡を行うことで樹脂組成物の調製を行った。
実施例1〜7及び比較例1で作製した点火コイルについて、40kVでの電圧耐久評価試験を行った。点火コイルに12Vを連続的に印加し、絶縁破壊するまでの点火回数を測定した。
Claims (7)
- 鉄心と、
前記鉄心の周囲に配置された一次コイルと、
前記一次コイルの周囲に配置された二次コイルと、
前記鉄心と前記一次コイルと前記二次コイルとを封止する絶縁部と、を備え、
前記絶縁部は、エポキシ樹脂と、直鎖脂肪族基を含む有機物と、を含み、前記エポキシ樹脂のマトリクスに前記有機物が分散された海島構造を有し、
前記有機物の前記直鎖脂肪族基は、炭素数が10以上20以下である、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記絶縁部は、アミンを含む、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項2に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記有機物は、アミノ基を有する、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記絶縁部は、無機充填材を含む、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項4に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記無機充填材は、水酸化アルミニウム又はシリカを含む、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記無機充填材は、層状珪酸塩を含む、内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルであって、
前記有機物の粒径は、5〜100nmである、内燃機関用点火コイル。
