Description
以下、坩堝の製造方法の一例を説明する。以下の実施形態では、イリジウムからなる坩堝を製造する場合を例にしている。まず、イリジウムを溶解・鋳造してイリジウムインゴットを製造する。そして、インゴットを鍛造、圧延し、平板に加工する、そして、平板から、底部1となる円板と、筒状部2となる複数の矩形板とを切り出す。
(Tungsten Inert Gas welding)などのアーク溶接を用いることができる。

Claims (5)
- イリジウムまたは白金を主成分とし、
底部と該底部と繋がる筒状部とを有し、
該筒状部は、複数の部位からなり、各部位が隣り合う位置に環状の厚肉部を備えることを特徴とする坩堝。 - 前記厚肉部を複数備える請求項1記載の坩堝。
- 前記厚肉部を前記筒状部の外周に備える請求項1または2記載の坩堝。
- 前記筒状部は、前記底部側における部位の厚みが、前記筒状部の開口側に位置する部位の厚みよりも厚い請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の坩堝。
- 前記厚肉部と繋がった、前記厚肉部と非平行な溶接部を備える請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の坩堝。
