Claims (10)
- 支持基板と、
前記支持基板上の発光素子と、
前記発光素子の周囲に配置され、前記発光素子から生成した光を拡散する導光板が前記発光素子と接触することを防止する素子保護部と、
段差構造にそって前記素子保護部の前記導光板に向う一面上に形成された保護層と、
を含み、
前記導光板に対面する前記素子保護部の一つの表面が、中心に凹みを有する段差構造に形成され、
前記保護層は、局所的に前記支持基板より遅く膨張するように前記支持基板の熱伝導性より低い熱伝導性を有する物質により構成された、回路基板。 - 前記素子保護部の一部分は、
前記支持基板から前記発光素子よりも突出する、請求項1に記載の回路基板。 - 前記素子保護部は、
前記発光素子を取り囲むように形成された、請求項1に記載の回路基板。 - 前記導光板に突出する前記素子保護部の表面は、直線形、曲線形、円、楕円、及び多角形のうちいずれかの形状を有し,前記素子保護部は、前記発光素子間の空間に配置される、請求項1に記載の回路基板。
- 前記支持基板は、アルミニウム、金、銀、銅、有機化合物、無機化合物、磁性物質及び導電性物質のいずれか一つからなり、
前記保護層は、樹脂物質又は非導電物質のいずれかから成る、請求項1に記載の回路基板。 - 支持基板と、
前記支持基板上の発光素子と、
前記発光素子から生成された光を拡散させる導光板と、
前記発光素子の周囲に配置され、前記導光板が前記発光素子と接触することを防止する素子保護部と、
段差構造にそって前記素子保護部の前記導光板に向う一面上に形成された保護層と、
を含み、
前記導光板に対面する前記素子保護部の一つの表面が、中心に凹みを有する段差構造に形成され、
前記保護層は、局所的に前記支持基板より遅く膨張するように前記支持基板の熱伝導性より低い熱伝導性を有する物質により構成された、照明装置。 - 前記素子保護部の一部分は、
前記支持基板から前記発光素子よりも突出する、請求項6に記載の照明装置。 - 前記素子保護部は、
前記発光素子を取り囲むように形成された、請求項6に記載の照明装置。 - 前記導光板に突出する前記素子保護部の表面は、
