Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係るロータリ圧縮機1の構成について図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係るロータリ圧縮機1の一例を概略的に示す縦断面図である。なお、ロータリ圧縮機1は、空気調和装置等の冷凍サイクル装置に用いられるものであり、冷凍サイクル装置の冷媒回路を構成する要素となる。
上述の実施の形態は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変形が可能である。例えば、上述の実施の形態1ではロータリ圧縮機1を密閉型の圧縮機として構成しているが、半密閉型又は開放型の圧縮機として構成してもよい。
Claims (2)
- クランクシャフトの回転により偏心回転するピストンと、
一対の中空円板面と、前記一対の中空円板面の内縁部の間を延在する内側面と、前記一対の中空円板面の外縁部の間を延在する外側面と、前記内側面から前記外側面に向けて半径方向に延在し、前記ピストンの偏心回転により往復運動するベーンを収容するベーン溝と、前記一対の中空円板面を貫通し、前記ベーン溝と連通するベーン溝開口部と、前記ベーン溝開口部の前記外側面の側に設けられ、復元力によって前記ベーンを前記ピストンに押しつける弾性体が取り付けられる溝とを有し、前記内側面で囲まれた空間に前記ピストンが収容されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダを収容する密閉容器と
を備えるロータリ圧縮機の製造方法であって、
前記一対の中空円板面に第1の曲率半径の孔を穿孔することにより、前記第1の曲率半径を有する一対の第1凸状屈曲部を形成し、前記一対の第1凸状屈曲部より前記シリンダの外側面側の前記一対の中空円板面に前記第1の曲率半径より小さい第2の曲率半径の孔を穿孔することにより、前記一対の第1凸状屈曲部の間を延在し、前記第2の曲率半径を有する第2凸状屈曲部を形成し、前記一対の第1凸状屈曲部と前記第2凸状屈曲部とを有する壁面部に囲まれた空間に前記ベーン溝開口部を形成する工程と、
前記密閉容器にかしめ部を形成することにより、前記シリンダを前記密閉容器に固定する工程と
を含む
ロータリ圧縮機の製造方法。 - 前記かしめ部は、前記シリンダの外側面から内側面に向けて圧力が印加されることにより前記密閉容器に形成される
