Description
電極合剤に含まれる二次電池用バインダーであって、
集電体および活物質粒子に対する接着力を発揮するバインダー分子と、
外部から印加される磁場に対して磁性を呈する磁性物質とを含むことができる。
集電体を一方向に移送させる移送部と、
前記集電体の一面に電極合剤を塗布する電極合剤塗布部と、
前記集電体上に塗布された電極合剤を乾燥する乾燥部と、
前記集電体の一面に塗布された電極合剤に対して外部磁場を印加する磁場印加部とを含んでいる構造であってもよい。

Claims (12)
- 電極合剤に含まれる二次電池用バインダーであって、
集電体および活物質粒子に対する接着力を発揮するバインダー分子と、
外部から印加される磁場に対して磁性を呈する磁性物質とを含み、
前記磁性物質は、Ni、Co、およびFeからなる群より選択される1つ以上であり、
前記磁性物質は、バインダーの全体重量を基準として0.1%〜20%の範囲に含まれていて、
前記磁性物質は、バインダー分子とイオン結合、共有結合または配位結合によって結合されていることを特徴とする二次電池用バインダー。 - 前記バインダー分子は、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリビニルアルコール、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、デンプン、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、再生セルロース、ポリビニルピロリドン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンターポリマー(EPDM)、スルホン化EPDM、スチレンブチレンゴム、およびフッ素ゴムからなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上またはこれらの共重合体の分子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用バインダー。
- 請求項1に記載の二次電池用バインダーを含むことを特徴とする二次電池用電極合剤。
- 前記電極合剤は、正極合剤または負極合剤であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用電極合剤。
- 請求項3に記載の電極合剤を電極集電体上にコーティングする装置であって、
集電体を一方向に移送させる移送部と、
前記集電体の一面に電極合剤を塗布する電極合剤塗布部と、
前記集電体上に塗布された電極合剤を乾燥する乾燥部と、
前記集電体の一面に塗布された電極合剤に対して外部磁場を印加する磁場印加部とを含んでいることを特徴とする電極合剤コーティング装置。 - 前記磁場印加部は、集電体の一面に対向する他面部位で乾燥部、または移送部および乾燥部に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極合剤コーティング装置。
- 前記電極合剤は、集電体の一面でバインダーが磁場印加部に隣接した方向に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極合剤コーティング装置。
- 前記磁場印加部によって印加される外部磁場の強さは、0.05T(Tesla)〜100Tであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極合剤コーティング装置。
- 請求項5に記載の電極合剤コーティング装置を用いて製造されたことを特徴とする電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項10に記載の電池セルを1つ以上含むデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、タブレットコンピュータ、ノートパソコン、パワーツール、ウエアラブル電子機器、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、および電力貯蔵装置からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデバイス。
