Claims (4)
- 環状の大端部、環状の小端部、及びこれらを連結するステム部を有する焼結金属製のコンロッドと、前記大端部に設けられた貫通孔及び前記小端部に設けられた貫通孔の少なくとも一方に締め代をもって嵌合された円筒状の軸受軌道輪とを有するコンロッドモジュールであって、
前記コンロッドのヤング率が120GPa以上180GPa以下であり、
前記軸受軌道輪のヤング率が180GPaより大きく240GPa以下であり、
前記軸受軌道輪の半径方向の厚さをT、前記軸受軌道輪が圧入された前記貫通孔の内径寸法をD、前記軸受軌道輪と前記貫通孔の周壁との締め代をIとしたとき、
T=(0.05〜0.15)×D
I=(0.0004〜0.004)×D
を満たすコンロッドモジュール。 - 前記コンロッドが、ニッケル0.1〜5質量%、モリブデン0.1〜3質量%、炭素0.05〜1質量%を含み、残部を鉄とし、
前記コンロッドの密度が、7.0g/cm 3 以上である請求項1に記載のコンロッドモジュール。 - 環状の大端部、環状の小端部、及びこれらを連結する連結部を有する圧粉体を形成する工程と、前記圧粉体を焼結して焼結体を形成する工程と、前記焼結体にサイジングを施して焼結金属製のコンロッドを形成する工程と、前記コンロッドの大端部に設けられた貫通孔及び小端部に設けられた貫通孔の少なくとも一方に円筒状の軸受軌道輪を圧入する工程とを有するコンロッドモジュールの製造方法であって、
前記コンロッドのヤング率が120GPa以上180GPa以下であり、
前記軸受軌道輪のヤング率が180GPaより大きく240GPa以下であり、
前記軸受軌道輪の半径方向の厚さをT、前記軸受軌道輪が圧入される前記貫通孔の内径寸法をD、前記軸受軌道輪と前記貫通孔の周壁との締め代をIとしたとき、
