Claims (3)
- 内側層と、前記内側層の外径側に設けられた外側層とを一体成形してなり、前記内側層の内周面又は前記外側層の外周面の何れか一方に軸受面を有する焼結軸受であって、
前記内側層及び前記外側層のうち、前記軸受面を有する層が、Fe,Cu,C,Ni,及びMoを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成され、前記軸受面を有さない層が、Fe,Cu,及びCを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成され、
前記軸受面を有する層が、Cuを15〜20wt%、Cを0.3〜0.8wt%、Niを1.5〜3.5wt%、Moを0.5〜1.5wt%含み、
前記軸受面を有さない層が、Cuを2〜5wt%、Cを0.2〜0.8wt%含む焼結軸受。 - 前記軸受面が、前記内側層の内周面に形成された請求項1に記載の焼結軸受。
- 建設機械のアームの関節部に使用される請求項1又は2に記載の焼結軸受。
