Claims (5)
- 円筒状の圧粉体を焼結して得られる焼結軸受であって、
内側層と、前記内側層の外径側に設けられた外側層とを一体成形してなり、前記内側層の内周面又は前記外側層の外周面の何れか一方に軸受面を有し、
前記内側層及び前記外側層のうち、前記軸受面を有する層が、Feを含み、さらに、Ni,Mo,Mn,及びCrの中から選択される少なくとも1種からなる高硬度化元素を含む焼結金属からなり、前記軸受面を有さない層が、Feを含み、Ni,Mo,Mn,及びCrの何れも含まない焼結金属からなり、
建設機械のアームの関節部に使用される焼結軸受。 - 半径方向の肉厚が5〜50mmである請求項1に記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記軸受面が、前記内側層の内周面に形成された請求項1又は2に記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記内側層が、Fe,Cu,C,Ni,及びMoを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成され、前記外側層が、Fe,Cu,及びCを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成された請求項3記載の焼結軸受。
- 建設機械のアームの関節部に使用される焼結軸受の製造方法であって、
キャビティに、Feを含み、さらに、Ni,Mo,Mn,及びCrの中から選択される少なくとも1種からなる高硬度化元素を含む混合金属粉末と、Feを含み、Ni,Mo,Mn,及びCrの何れも含まない混合金属粉末とを二層状態で満たし、これを圧縮して複層の圧粉体を成形する工程と、前記圧粉体を所定の焼結温度で焼結して、内側層及びその外径側に設けられた外側層を一体に備えた焼結体を得る工程とを有し、
前記焼結体の内側層及び外側層のうち、前記高硬度化元素を含む層に軸受面を設ける焼結軸受の製造方法。
