Claims (5)
- 内側層と、前記内側層の外径側に設けられた外側層とを一体成形してなり、前記内側層の内周面又は前記外側層の外周面の何れか一方に軸受面を有する焼結軸受であって、
前記内側層及び前記外側層のうち、前記軸受面を有する層がFe及び高硬度化元素を含む焼結金属からなり、前記軸受面を有さない層がFeを含み高硬度化元素を含まない焼結金属からなり、前記内側層と前記外側層との界面に前記高硬度化元素の濃度勾配が生じており、
前記内側層及び前記外側層の少なくとも一方がCuを含み、
前記軸受面を有さない層におけるCuの配合割合が、前記軸受面を有する層におけるCuの配合割合よりも低い焼結軸受。 - 前記高硬度化元素は、Ni,Mo,Mn,及びCrの中から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記軸受面が、前記内側層の内周面に形成された請求項1又は2に記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記内側層が、Fe,Cu,C,Ni,及びMoを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成され、前記外側層が、Fe,Cu,及びCを含み残部が不可避不純物からなる焼結金属で形成された請求項3記載の焼結軸受。
- 建設機械のアームの関節部に使用される請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の焼結軸受。
