Claims (4)
- 冷凍品が載置されたパレットを支持する金属部材と、
所定の微弱電流(1μA以上、1000mA以下)が冷凍品に流れるように、前記金属部材に交流電圧を印加する電源と、
前記冷凍品を覆い、通気性および導電性を有する覆い体と、
を備え、
前記覆い体は、可とう性の金属ネットを備え、前記冷凍品の解凍において、前記交流電圧が前記金属ネットにも印加されている解凍機。 - 半解凍温度で管理されている前記冷凍品の解凍が行われる請求項1に記載の解凍機。
- 前記金属ネットは、前記パレット上の前記冷凍品が設けられている領域のほぼ全体を覆っている請求項1または2に記載の解凍機。
- 前記覆い体は、帯状の前記金属ネットの両端に設けられた一対の金属棒を備え、
前記金属棒の一方が前記金属部材一端に沿って配置され、前記金属棒の他方が前記金属部材の他端に沿って配置され、
前記金属ネットは、一対の金属棒との間で、前記冷凍品が設けられている領域を跨ぐように延伸し、
前記金属棒を介して、前記金属ネットと前記金属部材とが電気的に接触している請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の解凍機。
